“I feel like CarMax always gives a fair price for a trade-in. We appreciate the fact that there’s no negotiating and we know the price coming in. However, I was disappointed that it took a week to deliver a car that I reserved, that was only two hours away from our CarMax dealership. It was very frustrating to wait that long. Also we felt like our sales gal lost interest in us after we refused to sign up for a warranty. She even had other sales people come over and try to convince us to add one. It left a bad taste in our mouths. Car was in great used condition, but was pretty dirty (inside) when we left the lot with it..Even though they made us wait for it to be “cleaned“.”
