He answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns thoughtfully, and helped us find exactly the car we were looking for. While we were there, we had the opportunity to test drive a couple of different models before making our decision, which made us feel confident in our choice. The entire process was streamlined and refreshingly easy - and in our opinion, the premium price is well worth avoiding the typical dealership headache. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend going on a weekday. This area of town gets quite busy on weekends, which can make test drives take longer than necessary.”

“Will be meeting them in the morning and bringing a beautiful machine with me. I just need paid off, a lower payment type ride, and a little cash. If we can do this I’ll advertise for Carmax forever and tell everyone it’s the only place worth going. This will be my third time working with them, and the two previous times were five stars easy, so hopefully third time is a charm and I can get back to building the animal sanctuary. Without this deal, we are going to be in trouble. No joking, building the sanctuary right now. Wish me luck. Cmon CarMax, do your thing ! Update - Unfortunately the algorithm took over and offered over ten thousand less than the actual value. Not a phone call or email from anyone. It makes me sad to give two stars here. Please change your processes and call the customer, and not just leave a bad taste in their mouths from the online offers.”

The service department was open on NY Day and did me a favor to check out the codes for my peace of mind that all was well during the 90 day warranty period.
