“My wife and I were in Klamath for Christmas from Nevada and we had Truck warranty issues where my rig had to be towed to the dealership. I called them waiting to be towed and explained to Dan, the Service Manager what was going and he told me he had seen the issues with my truck and that hopefully he could get the parts and install in time for us to get back home. Well, this of course was two days before Christmas and the weather was not looking good and he did not know how long it would take to get the parts, but he said they were going to try. Julie, the warranty administrator there got us set up with a rental car and all we could was just wait and see. Friday, the day after Christmas I checked in with Dan just to see by chance if had got the parts and he told me had not seen them yet…. My wife I was due to leave Klamath on Sunday as we only booked our stay at a AirBnB till then. So, we were getting worried that we might have to leave our truck there and use the rental car and come home. But, not more than an hour later Dan texted me said they got the parts and would be installing and be done by the end of the day Friday. Sure enough they done in an hour and we had our truck back and were able to leave Sunday. Thank you to everyone at the Service Department, especially Dan and Julie for getting us back on the road!
