“I always look forward to going into Audi Exchange in Kirkwood, MO to get my annual check up for my Q5 Spotback. Today I worked with Jimmy in the service department and he was excellent throughout the process. He was very informative and even came upstairs to the lounge to let me know the progress and recommend some additional services for me. He also switched out the battery in my remote and had my car cleaned while I waited. I always love visiting the new dealership and was even greeted by Neil, the GM, as I was looking at new models in the showroom. “Service is great…I would give 5 star but didn’t like two things…1. a Sr.Salesperson who wanted to help my sales associate behaved like we are comparing the deals with other competitors instead of understanding that his own sales associate brought her to finalize the deal when we didn’t ask for any price discount…sales associate apologized us later otherwise we would haven’t bought our new car there 2. Dont buy ceramic coating package here…its just name of the package (definitely misleading) but they do polymer…”
