“Zero stars is too many for this deceitful, manipulative, uncaring group of people who will sell a used car as a new one, not care if it almost kills you due to SERIOUS safety issues such as the lane keeping system not working, and will call and SHOUT AT YOU on the phone if you become too bothersome. They don't follow their own contracts and apparently don't care if you're happy with your experience at all. It's come to the point that we're discussing options with law firms as they won't even return calls or messages about the cars they sold us. One of which is missing a lug nut! Also, if anyone wants an example, I have voice recordings to back this up. I'd be happy to give you a peak and what you're in for if you buy a car from these people.”
