“The week before Thanksgiving 2025 I bought a new VW Jetta. Brent, Chris and all the staff I dealt with went above and beyond to make this the easiest car purchase I have ever had. The entire process was quick, easy and just unbelievable! I can’t say enough about the staff and I am so happy with my Jetta. It is an amazing, sporty car. I have been a diehard Chevy owner my entire life and I tell ya I’ve been swayed.If you want an honest, no drama deal Wallace VW of Kingsport is the place !”

“The wait time was crazy. We felt like we were interrupting their time. Took 45 minutes to get gas put in it. No vacuuming was done at all. Trash in glove box was still in it. Waiting room is a real joke only have water to drink and had to even ask for it.”

“My husband and I had an excellent first experience at this location. Caleb was incredibly helpful and provided clear, informative guidance throughout our visit. We also had the opportunity to speak with Eric, who was very personable and kind.
Having recently moved to the area, we originally planned to move away from Volkswagen once our lease ends. However, Caleb and Eric completely restored our confidence in the brand. When we are ready to purchase, we will return without hesitation.
