“Five star experience all around. Any car is a major investment and nothing is worse than dreading every second of the process. If you'd like to have a fantastic experience instead, take the drive to Kingsport and ask for Tim McDavid. I recently purchased a new-to-me car from Washington DC and Tim was kind enough to facilitate everything from getting me a video of starting the car, to making sure that I knew all of the 'imperfections' (it's ok to me that a 10 year old car has a rock chip!) The dealership also enforces a 'no-fees' policy and they MEAN it. Tim provided me all the numbers in advance with no gamesmanship and when I showed up to write a check, the numbers matched exactly. It seems like a simple thing, but after a 7 hour trip I appreciated honesty and transparency. Check out their selection (and the Z8 they have on the BMW side), and make sure you ask for Tim!!”

“I purchased a 2016 c63 from this dealer. While the saleswoman was great, they did not disclose that the entire front engine splash guard/skid plate was cracked and destroyed. It popped out while I was driving on the interstate and made the car undrivable until I can get it fixed. The part is over 200$ and installation will cost another 3-400$ and I am unable to use the car until I can get it fixed. The alignment was also off costing me another 200$. Any good dealership would have fixed this issue before selling or atleast made the buyer aware. Very disappointing.”
