“Bought a new Sierra 1500 ultimate Denali today and all I can say is GET TO CHAMPION of KINGSPORT if you are in the market for a vehicle! I’ve been looking for months but they got never got tired of seeing me come in and looking!!! Had the pleasure of buying from Steve and Jamie (new car manager) and it was the easiest experience EVER!!! Had opportunity to speak to several salesman and EVERYONE was happy to brag on my truck!! Thanks CHAMPION….wont buy anywhere else!”

“WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten. If you’re at work please at LEAST act like you wanna be there or maybe be nice to the customers, DON’T ACT LIKE WE’RE BOTHERING YOU WHEN ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP!!!! My interaction with staff was belittling, I was asked why I was here, not if I had an appointment. Didn’t get any thank you or A SINGLE SMILE! My questions were answered in a way that made me feel dumb, and it seems like these people have no way of keeping track of their appointments. I was just asked what my car needed after making the appointment literally yesterday as if they don’t have anything written down or something. I frequent the Jefferson City Chevrolet and they are ALWAYS warm and welcoming and willing to answer my questions kindly, but it’s far away from home. I see that convenience did NOT work in my favor, I will not be coming back EVER. Im half everyone’s age here and at least I know to smile and be nice when I’m at work. These people have social skills they need to work on.”
