“The rep helping me was great. The car I bought is very nice and has no issues. I paid $3k over KBB which I knew going in. They paid exactly KBB for my trade in and now have it for sale on their lot for $8k more than they gave me for it. They won't get $8k more for it but they will get at least $6k more. Don't trade your car in here!”

“I bought my 2020 Ford Ranger from here about a month ago. I had done as much as I could online and then went in to do my trade and buy. John Wishnie was my salesman and he was really great at explaining everything. A number of things I didn’t take into account. All in all it was a very smooth process. Since that time I’ve taken the truck back for some minor things and they’ve been great. Both items at no cost to me since it’s within the 90-day period. There extra warranty that you can purchase is also worth the peace of mind. Very happy with my truck. 12/12/2025 Truck’s entire climate system died so I am changing my review until it is fixed. Took it to a repairpal suggested shop, paid my deductible, heat worked for 5 mins and died. Now I’m gonna have to go back and forth as they figure out if the entire system needs to be replaced. Also thinking either this is just a “coincidence” or the stability of the climate system was never checked. Happy to talk to anyone cause this sucks!”
