“This is a hard thing to do because as a whole dealership, the techs and the one sales person I dealt with were great. If the same techs worked at another Ford dealership I’d take my escape there. Being said, the service rep or whatever he is, charged me more than the invoice showed. After the service was done and paid for, I wanted to sell the escape and asked for an appraisal. The guy that did the appraisal got the mileage wrong, was super aggressive and rude. I don’t know the man’s name but he was sitting at the long desk behind the salespersons area. I cannot give a 5 star because I don’t want consumers to think they’ll have a good experience there. Take my three stars, and believe it to be 5 stars for the techs. Oh, the first service rep I spoke to was rude. She wanted to be argumentative with me about my recall. Tried to state the age of the car and the part needed and assumption of high mileage would persuade me not to have it done. All in all, have knowledge of service needing done so you’re not turned away or taken advantage of. But you can rest assure that whatever services you’re having done, it’ll be done by techs that know what they are doing.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Bayside Ford purchasing my 2019 Camry sport. Henry was an excellent salesperson knowledgeable, attentive, and patient throughout the process. Angel, the manager, also made sure everything went smoothly and that I left completely satisfied. After the sale, I did have an issue with the passenger back window, but they immediately got me in, provided a loaner car, and fixed everything up quickly. We completed the deal over the phone and e-signed the contract while driving to Bayside from New Jersey. Derrick, the manager, and our salesman Henry provided the lowest price, best financing, AND waited for us the arrive at the very end of their business day. Henry had the car prepped and waiting for us in front of the building with all documents ready in hand. Henry understood that we had a 4 hour drive home so he answered our questions while we visually inspected the car, secured the remaining needed signatures, completed the tech connection (FordPass app) and wished us well.
