“I had some major abnormal issues occur within the first 2,000 miles off the lot on my 3500 (purchased at a different dealership). Taylor Huse, the lead service advisor, was great to deal with. He understood I was losing money every time the truck went down, and always made sure to take care of all the issues and get me taken care of. He would call with any updates and keep me informed along the repair process. I highly recommend speaking to Taylor for any of your repair/service needs. He will go out of his way to help you out. 10/10 recommend dealing with Taylor at Crenwelge Motors.”

“Joshua was wonderful!!! My truck was stolen and I was in the process of buying a home and Joshua tracked a vehicle for me and kept me informed of its arrival to dealership and I able to purchase my new truck the same day I closed on home. Joshua also delivered my truck to me. Joshua went above and beyond and I would recommend Crenwelge Motors.”

“Easy to make appointment for servicing our 2020 Jeep. Drive right in and someone is there to take your vehicle. Work was completed in a very satisfactory manner. And we were on our way within an hour.”

“We were on vacation when our eco deisel truck's engine light came on last Saturday. We drove directly to the nearest dealer, Crenwelge Motors in Kerrville TX. They were not able to fix the problem on the same day, but after assessing the codes and test driving the truck themselves, they felt we could continue on home (another 250 miles). They recommended we take our truck asap to our local dealership for further troubleshooting. However the fact that Crenwelge looked at the truck just minutes after we arrived and checking that it was probably a sensor failure and not a transmission failure was reassuring. The Service Manager James even suggested we change the fuel filter out to eliminate that being the cause. It was time to do that anyway since we had over 30,000 miles on the current one.”
