“Purchased a new 2025 Maverick. Overall pleased with the purchase experience. Finance guy was a little high pressure pushing his products. One of the reasons I bought here was the three free oil change services (approx. $375 value). That turned out not to be such a good deal after all. Tried to make an appt at the Apex and Wake Forest locations (dealer said it was good at any Crossroads Ford). Turns out there is a 105 day wait for an appointment. Huh? Feeling ripped off a bit.”

I have bought several vehicles and always a friendly professional buying experience.I Love my 2020 Ford Ranger I bought recently from Crossroads Ford . .The truck is very comfortable and the Many tech features such as adaptive cruise control added with strong engine power and fuel efficiency sets it apart from the other trucks in this market. I looked at the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier which are good trucks however the biggest issue is not the best in terms of room size inside. The 2020 Chevrolet Colorado which I owned in the past is a good truck but lacks the fuel efficiency and seat comfort. I think Ford has the edge in terms of technology ie adaptive cruise .”
