âThey could not perform the recall service when we arrived for our appointment. They told us they would order a part for an additional recall and call us to reschedule. They never reached out to us. We finally called them, and they never ordered the part and blamed it on a new invoice system. Poor customer experience.â

âWent with a friend that had purchased a car and had a great experience. Alex Lopez was great to work with very down to earth,helpful, friendly and new his cars. When we first walked in I thought man this place is beautiful we were greated with cookies, coffee and even massage chairs while we waited. Every single person that worked there was so friendly and helpful. I believe Neal helped us with the financial part which didn't take that long once we got back there. Thank you again Toyota I hope to see you again soon to purchase my self one. I love Toyota's there the best car I highly recommend this place!â

ââď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Overall a great experience â especially thanks to our amazing salesperson, Saul Diaz! I truly felt like he was looking out for me throughout the entire process. I came in with money to put down and my mind set on a Highlander. However, after working with Saul I came to realize what I really needed was a Sienna. Unfortunately, they're still in high demand so it wasn't easy to get the trim level and color I wanted. However, Saul kept me posted until it was finally available. That level of care and communication meant a lot. The dealership itself is very welcoming â clean, comfortable, and full of nice amenities, which made the whole process feel easy and low-stress. As others have mentioned, the finance manager did spend a long time going through warranty add-ons and other extras before finally accepting "no thanks." Despite that, I got my dream car, and thanks to Saul's authenticity and sincerity, I'd still call this a great experience overall.â
