“READ ENTIRE REVIEW. I'm so happy to see I'm not the only one who has been misled by this company. I found a 2019 Kia Niro listed for sale at an affordable price and was assisted by Herb. When I arrived in Kennesaw GA from Loganville GA I was told the vehicle wasn't ready yet and was shown a few other vehicles for purchase. I test-drove two or three vehicles that had slight mechanical issues or major interior damage. Seeing that these were noticeable issues I decided to wait for the vehicle to be prepared for purchase and given a loaner until my vehicle was ready but not comparable to my purchase. Time continued to pass and I continued to inquire about the status. Herb checked on the vehicle each time I called and the car still hadn't been finished. When I was ready to call and pull my deposit back. I checked and "the car was ready" but needed a few cosmetic pieces attached and a bit of internal work to be finished. So I was told to return for completion. Oil leaked onto the driveway the first night I brought it home and I brought that to Herb's attention he informed me the mechanic would fix it and he did. However the cosmetic pieces were never attached, one cosmetic piece on the right side hangs lower than the other. And a few months later not even 6, the brakes are now dangerous and deadly to my life, my engine light has come on and off and I feel completely misled, disgusted, and taken. Why is there a website to request service but it's never answered or fulfilled? Please have your vehicle thoroughly inspected by a second mechanic before you get too comfortable with your purchase.
Sonny the owner is absolutely amazing and truly cares about his customers. After reading my review, I received a call from Sonny, and I described my ordeal trying to receive service. Sonny personally saw to it that my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup in a timely manner after receiving it. I am so happy and thankful for his kind service and was informed to reach out if I needed anything else.

PLEASE FILE WITH THE NHTSA IF YOU HAVE A FAULTY KIA Niro
I received awesome and caring service when I alerted Sonny the owner that the 2019 Kia Niro I purchased about 5 months earlier was having a severe brake issue. Fast forwarding a year and 3 months later (but 8 months from the time of service) I'm now having severe transmission issues and I'm scared to drive my vehicle as I know this could lead to a lock-up or engine fire. The vehicle is now a hazard to me and the road. I contacted Sonny informing him of the issues as I continued to search for KIA class action lawsuits and was given the option for a used transmission at my expense for payment, pick-up, and labor. Given the fact that he states he's a godly man, I am having a hard time believing he sold me a defective vehicle as they kept my vehicle after signing for it, from February to March due to needed repairs. However, given the fact that no help is being offered and no accountability is taken. I have filed with the NHTSA and will also be filing with the BBB. Kia unfortunately has multiple class action lawsuits regarding defective vehicles and it will only be a matter of time before my 2019 Niro is named as a defective vehicle. Carvilla and any other used car dealership should be held accountable for deceptive sales and practices.
SIDE NOTE: I called KIA and they are willing to fix the vehicle if it's certified pre-owned, but Carvilla does not sell CPO vehicles or at least mine isn't.”

“I am thoroughly convinced that my entire experience was predestined as a Divine intervention, because I was fortunate to meet Emeka Foster at Carvilla.
Over the years I have purchased 6 other vehicles, and I have never had a more positive experience with a salesman as I did with this purchase.
Emeka is professional and personable. Unlike other salesmen I've experienced, there was absolutely no sign of him prejudging me because I'm a woman.
