I worked long and hard to get out of a 2005 just to buy a 2020 from CarMax and be put in an even WORSE SITUATION. I have every single thing you can think of covering that car and still, CarMax let me know it was nothing them or me can do even though I’ve only had the car for about 3 months. That car has been back to them twice already and they finally came and got it for the final time when it completely shut off on me. CarMax is selling people TERRIBLE PRODUCTS.
