“I waited over three hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, which was extremely frustrating and should not have taken that long. Mayelie was kind and polite; however, she did not check on my vehicle during that time. When I finally asked, she stated she thought I had already left.
While waiting, I witnessed a concerning interaction involving another customer and her child. They were standing behind me in line and approached the staff member, Kristen Lee, who was extremely rude. She did not make eye contact and snapped at the woman to “get back in line,” which left the child visibly confused and asking what had happened.
Overall, the lack of communication, excessive wait time, and unprofessional behavior made this a disappointing experience.”

“After a frustrating experience at the other Don McGill Toyota, Jeremy serviced my 4Runner. He mentioned that he was new, but he came across as very professional and respectful. The service was quick, and we were in and out in no time.”

“I contacted the dealership in advance to inquire about the possibility of bringing my vehicle in for a tire change due to a nail embedded in my tire. The advisor informed me that he had ordered my tire and would have it delivered from the warehouse, as it was not available on-site. He assured me that the delivery was underway.
Upon my arrival at 12:50 PM, I was informed that the tire had not yet arrived. I requested an update at 2:50 PM, but was told that the tire had not been delivered. I checked again at 3:50 PM, as there had been no further communication. I was informed that the tire had still not arrived.
As you can imagine, I was deeply frustrated and emotional due to the prolonged wait. At 4:05 PM, the tire miraculously arrived, and my vehicle was moved for service.
The four-hour wait for a tire is unacceptable and constitutes poor customer service. I regret purchasing a $90,000 Sequoia TRD Pro from this dealership, if this is the level of service I must endure every time I require a tire or even an oil change. I strongly advise against visiting this dealership unless you have no other commitments and are willing to endure an extended wait of four hours or more without any updates.
Ps. I am typing this review as I sit in the waiting area and going on 4.5 hours now!”

“I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!! This place don't care at all to keep regular customers, I'm very disappointed and frustrating i purchase about 9 0r 10 cars in the last 5 years and every time you do trade inn they will never pay fair for your vehicle despite the fact they don't appreciate you at all as a good and frequent buyer, my last 3 or 4 recent visits has not been successful at all, I don't recommend this place to anyone else, they change managers and sales ppl. Like shoes i decide to take my money and business to someone else, and this goes for both locations katy at kirkwood and katy at mason, it's more then a 1,000 reasons I can give you why I'm making this review but will need a whole week and I can assure you all are negative, from every aspect, bad management, bad sales ppl they lied in your face they make you waste your time and do not put your money down to reserved a vehicle because I will take months for you to get your money reimbursed, it's nothing about horrible experiences lies etc. Etc. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”

I had an excellent experience working with Xavier and Rubel at Don McGill Toyota of Katy. Xavier was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without any pressure.
