As an owner of a transportation business (Black Car/Limo Service), it’s important that my vehicles are well maintained and properly serviced. I must say that John Kartsonis in the service department is a jewel and is always accommodating when I’m in a pinch and need my vehicle on the road!! Their service and attention to detail is second to none!! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Kansas City for having one of the best service departments in the city!!

Using thier service department they are always nice and courteous. Bit thier trouble shooting abilities needs help. This is the second time I told them what was needed and they can't find the issues until I make 2 or 3 trips down there. Please do a more thorough job at looking at issues..

My family and I were traveling to KC two weeks ago for the Kansas vs. Fresno State Football Game my nephew was playing in. On the way from Omaha our Mercedes SUV began displaying a warning message regarding the engine and oil levels need immediate attention. We were about an hour away from this dealership and we called to inform them we were in route and needed to bring our vehicle in. Donnie Hicks was the name we were given from the kind receptionist who took my call on the road. Donnie waited for us to arrive and upon arrival greeted us an got our vehicle in for service. I was worried out of my mind that we would be stranded in KC and would miss my nephews game. This dealership went above and beyond for my family and I, and we are so very thankful to Donnie and all of the staff that made us feel welcomed and valued Mercedes customers. I have been a Mercedes customer for over twenty years, and this was the absolute best (5) five star service I have received. The service technicians were knowledgable and fixed the problem the first time. I would drive the three hours back to this dealership to purchase our next vehicle just because of the outstanding customer service. I give Donnie Hicks and the staff at Mercedes-Benz of KC South on Madison Avenue a gold star A+++. PS: The facility was absolutely stunning as well. WOW !!! Luxury indeed... Thank again ! I had the absolute BEST experience with Bliss. From the start he was welcoming, kind, patient, and really listened to exactly what I wanted and guided me accordingly. It turns out Bliss grew up in Hawaii (home for me) so we connected immediately on that and from there we reminisced on home and shared some laughs. There was never a feeling of being upsold or taken advantage of, and that’s always what deters me from car dealerships. He really made my experience perfect and I never thought I’d say I actually enjoyed spending my afternoon in a car dealership, but Bliss made it incredible! From start to finish it was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And a huge shout out also to Fernando in the finance dept! While signing all of the paperwork he thoroughly explained everything and was so personable. Overall just a perfect experience. I will recommend this place & Bliss to everybody I know. Thank you Bliss & Fernando! I love my new car!

I recently leased a vehicle from the Mercedes dealership in South Kansas City, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. Branden, my sales consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with every step. Sales Manager Kirk went above and beyond to help structure a deal that worked for me. His transparency and willingness to work with my needs were much appreciated. Fernando, the finance manager, made the paperwork process seamless. He was efficient, organized, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Lastly, Jesse, who handled the vehicle delivery, was extremely helpful. He ensured I was familiar with all the features and made sure I left feeling confident and well taken care of. This team truly exemplifies excellence in customer service.
