“I visited Gary Crossley Quick Quicklane very reluctantly due to my recent experience with another car place in Liberty. I needed new break pads and the initial place I had my appointment with was unable to complete the task at hand. I had made my appt. earlier this week. Once I got there, Ryan checked me in and was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me (I am NOT a car person nor do I know how they mechanically operate so his knowledge and expertise was much appreciated). I ended up needing new rotors and new break pads. Ryan was EXCELLENT to work with and would definitely recommend Quicklane!! Thank you Ryan for ALL of your help!!!”
