“I brought my car in for a simple oil change & needed 1 tire sensor. I am told I need all 4 sensors & the cost will be $900+ dollars! Of course I say no to replacing them. I knew coming there I only needed 1. They convince me to get my coolant system cleaned & i agree to it since its never been done & then they tell me the coolant hose is busted & they don't have the part so I will have to leave my car until it comes in. I am told the cost is $20 for the hose & no cost for labor. My car never exhibited signs of a busted hose before I got there so the mechanic had to have busted it. Why should pay for it? They take me home & call the next day to say my car is ready & ask if I want to oay over the phone with a credit card. Who do they think I am, a fool? Of course I say I will pay when I get there. $600+ later & no charge for the hose I leave. I wont be back. They saw an elderly lady come in & thought they could take advantage of me. Never.”

“I walked in knowing what I was going to buy. There wasn’t any on the lot. The manager looked and found one that just came in. The salesman took me to the truck. I told him that I wanted it. The salesman and manager both went out of their way to make sure it was ready and I was able to drive it home that day.”

“I wish I could give this dealership, specifically its service department, negative reviews! Please beware and DO NOT take your vehicle here and don’t buy a GMC because they do not stand behind their products. I purchased one of the first redesigned GMC Acadias from Cable Dahmer and it is hands downs one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I have had really squeaky brakes for six months and they are unwillingly to help me. This car is the definition of a lemon and no one from this dealership or GMC will help us. I have been failed at every level by this dealership. Service writers - Their service writers are very rude and only help you if you have an appointment with them. Which means you will stand there waiting for your service writer to help you while there’s three other ones sitting there. Service Manager - After multiple failed attempts to fix our brakes and a shimmy in the steering wheel when braking, we told the service manager we did not feel comfortable driving our car. He told us brake issues weren’t a big enough concern to give us a loaner car and that we would have to wait until a new set of brakes came in (mind you he had replaced the brakes a couple weeks before). When we requested a field engineer to come and help he denied it. Cable Dahmer last worked on my car on 8/19/25 and I haven’t heard from them since. While waiting on my brakes, I worked with GM to buy back my car. Fast forward to October, and GM called Cable Dahmer and CD told them that my car was fix and didn’t need to be bought back - even though they hadn’t talked to me in months because they made it clear to us they wouldn’t help us until the brake pads came in. Sales Team - Told us that that’s just what happens when you buy the first cars off the line after a new design. And offered to sell us a car to get out of ours - my car is a year old and has already depreciated by half so I would be losing a ton of money. GM - They haven’t sent a field engineer to help and their only solution is to replace the brakes pads (which were only a couple weeks old) that are on back order. They offered to give us GM reward points and rental reimbursements for when the car was in the shop. They have offered ZERO solutions to fix my car that is one years old with less than 30,000 miles on it. To sum it up, we have dealt with brake issues for six months and haven’t found a solution. I have had three or four sets of brake pads on a car that is just over a year old and they squeak worse than a 20 year old car. There were multiple times this summer I felt uncomfortable driving my car and had to drive my husband’s car.”

“Cable-Dahmer Buick-GMC's service department is not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. They are extremely knowledgeable and will work quickly to get the job done and get you back on the road. Other perks like courtesy loaner vehicles and the Connect shuttle/car delivery service take a lot of the stress out of when you are having major operational issues with your vehicle. I want to give a special shout out to Kracinda. She is one of the best customer service agents I have ever worked with. She values her relationship with the customer, and she is willing to work with you so that the job can get done well and in a way that is as feasible as possible for the customer. I have had three major out-of-warranty mechanical failures on my vehicle this calendar year (obviously not Cable Dahmer's fault). Kracinda and the service team have worked quickly to help me get my vehicle back on the road. There is a reason I keep going back. I trust them and know they will do their best to try to meet my needs with speed and a true commitment to quality work. Thanks to Kracinda, the Service Team, and the Cable-Dahmer Connect team! You all are wonderful to work with!”

“I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, and once I arrived, the service was completed in a timely but thorough manner. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I especially appreciated the inspection video—it was so helpful to hear the technician explain my vehicle’s condition while showing the undercarriage and pointing out details. Eric was fantastic—friendly, professional, and attentive. He kept me updated, addressed all of my concerns, and answered every question I had. Overall, a great experience!”
