“Recently bought a used vehicle from Victory and it was a great experience. Dre is your guy! You won't be disappointed. The details: the dealership was pretty firm on their list price. Can't tell if that was just on the vehicle I was purchasing or that they just don't negotiate much in general. Which isn't typical from my experience buying vehicles & having to negotiate a ton, but also was not necessarily a bad thing. Made it a bit more simple & efficient really. They did give me a fair price on my trade in. It was more than other dealers had offered and they were willing to negotiate a little more. Dre was the wonderful salesman who helped me out. He was very kind & full of information over text/phone & email. He asked what I wanted to see specifically in a walk-around video and he captured that information perfectly. That was really helpful because I was driving 40 minutes to get out there & wanted to save time. Dre was also chill but informative on the test drive - wasn't trying to sell me on every little feature like some pushy salespeople do, but he definitely kept good conversation going. It was an easy & fun ride! We got back and started working on a deal...again, he was never pushy, which is sooo appreciated & refreshing. Dre truly went above & beyond to make this deal happen for me. He made signing the paperwork easy & explained things really well, and answered all my questions. He is a 10 out of 10 for his commitment to making things perfect for his customers. As for the dealership environment - everywhere appeared clean & well organized. Music was perfectly millennial and at the right volume. Multiple employees greeted us, offered water, pointed out where bathrooms were if needed, and were happy to help - especially the lovely man who helped me install my son's car seat when he was busy cleaning a car next to me. Both Dre and the manager engaged in conversation with my son while I was doing paperwork, which was super nice. In the waiting area, they've got a big tub of toys, coloring & activity books, and best of all - a *giant* slinky to play with for the kiddos. Manager even had my son stretch the thing halfway across the showroom 😄 The finance guy was also very kind, made things efficient, & explained things well. Even though I was buying used, they put a bow on the new-to-me car for me and took pics! Made it extra special for sure. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle with Dre. I definitely recommend!”

“The best possible experience you could get. We came in to look at a specific car, not necessarily expecting to buy, but ended up really liking it. Liz McMullen was so easy, understanding, and personable to work with. Sometimes dealerships feel high pressuring and pushy, but not here. “We absolutely love the 2026 Santa Fe AWD hybrid. I been looking at vehicles for about 5 or 6 months. We finally set our mind on a 2025 Tucson hybrid. We show up and luckily the Tucson was just sold an hr before we arrived. Because of that, our salesmen showed us the 2026 Santa Fe hybrid Calligraphy. After the test drive my wife and I loved it.
