“My experience at James Chevrolet was nothing but positive from beginning to end! I am happy to be able to give a review based on my experience. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and happened to come across one on the CarGurus app. The vehicle showed that it was an hour from where I lived, so I wanted to act quickly. Not only was the vehicles exterior and interior color exactly what I was looking for, it also was low in miles and a decent price. I initially was communicating through text with Munji because pictures were not uploaded yet, and I wanted someone to send me some, along with answering a few more questions before I took the drive. Munji was very professional and answered the questions that I had and then said a sales representative would reach out to me to answer the rest. I ended up calling the dealership before I saw that anyone reached out to me, just so I could speak with someone before the vehicle sold. William, one of the sales representatives answered my call and I ended up going in that very same day making a deal. William was such a great salesman to work with. He answered all my questions, was very personable, patient, kind, and I never felt as if he was trying to be pushy in trying to score a sale. He respected my wishes throughout the whole process and truly was a big help, making everything feel relaxed and easy. Vehicle shopping is always fun, but I personally have not had many great encounters at dealerships. I usually always would bring someone with me, but this time I chose to go solo. With this being said, I am happy to publicly announce that this was the first vehicle I have ever purchased *alone*, and William was my salesman. I cannot recommend him enough and I am thankful I had the chance to work with him. Matt from the finance department was also a very nice employee. I talked with him for a short time about warranty’s and he was not pushy in any ways. He was very down to earth and I appreciated my interaction with him. I wanted to make sure I mentioned his name. Last but not least, I also would like to share that the mechanics and detailing department all did a wonderful job with the interior, exterior, and overall presentation. There was someone who came in specifically for a surface scratch and another small exterior flaw. This person made those small flaws hardly noticeable! I will never meet any of these workers, but they deserve to be recognized for all of their hard work.
