They had a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks, everyone was really nice, & Jordan did the dang thing 😎 he worked hard to get the car I wanted. Definitely will be back next time I need a new car! Thank you Mr. Hastie! You made the experience less stressful & I appreciate the determination to get me into my new Honda ☺️”

“I recently sent a family member here to purchase a used car. I had purchased a car here a few years ago and had an overall positive experience; thus, I felt good recommending she go here. I expected them to treat a young, female, first-time car buyer with the utmost professionalism and without any deceptive or aggressive sales tactics - just as they had treated me. Unfortunately, that was not what she received. The salesperson was kind and professional when showing her the car, but after she got a price quote and decided to sleep on it overnight, the next day he called claiming to have an "exploding" discount of several thousands of dollars due to needing to reduce inventory for month-end. Suspicious but wanting to take advantage of a good deal, she cancelled her plans that day and returned to the dealership only to discover that the "steep discount" was simply the rep moving dollars out of price and into down payment in order to bring her in to make a quick sale. The total cost of the car didn't change. I spoke to the rep on speakerphone, and rather than own his mistake and apologize, he talked in circles claiming it was still a good price. She left frustrated for having received the stereotypical used car salesman runaround. I phoned the manager the next day and left a voicemail asking for a return call so that I could leave feedback for the rep and possibly still buy the car (from a different rep), but I did not receive a call back...shocker.
If you're going to look at cars here, consider bringing someone with you who has experience playing the "game". Don't let your wife/sister/female friend shop alone - I hate to say that because it's 2026. Better yet, take your business elsewhere.”

“Fantastic Experience at Johnson City Acura!
I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience purchasing a vehicle at Johnson City Acura. This was, without a doubt, the most enjoyable and stress-free car buying process I’ve ever had.
Dylan was exceptional—he even came in on his day off to work with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Acura RDX, answered every question thoroughly, and made it clear from the beginning that he wanted to earn our trust and business. He absolutely did. He was courteous, honest, and never pushy, and he gave us the time we needed to consider all options and feel confident in our decision.
We purchased the 2025 Acura RDX Tech Sport Package, and it is an absolute dream to drive—beautiful, smooth, and truly a gorgeous vehicle.
Aaron, the Customer Services and New Car representative, was amazing as well. He stayed well past his workday making sure we were completely comfortable with every feature and detail before driving off the lot. His patience and professionalism made a huge difference.
And Josh in Service immediately gained my confidence by setting up my first service appointment and assuring me he was just a phone call away if I ever needed anything. That level of support means a lot.
Overall, the experience at Johnson City Acura was superb, and my only regret is that I didn’t make the switch sooner after years of being a loyal BMW owner. I highly recommend Dylan, Aaron, and Josh if you’re looking for a top-notch buying experience!”

“I called prior to arrival to confirm the address. A man by the name Dylan answered the phone and confirmed. When I arrived I met with Dylan and told him the round about of my budget. He immediately started talking about options and showing me several cars. Hoped right in and said “ take her for a spin.” After driving a couple of cars, I told him the Acura RDX was the one I liked. Started the paperwork immediately and within the hour, he took off in the car to go fill it up and took it start to the detail shop. ( The car wasn’t even dirty) By the time the car was finished, all the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed and I was driving away a satisfied customer. Very much appreciated and highly recommend!”
