“I had a great experience here! I came by friendship after getting screwed over by another car place and another car lot playing with my credit. Swing took great care of me! Go by here and ask for "Swing Mann"!!!! Top notch customer service, friendly environment, and overall he fought so hard to get me in a newer and way more reliable vehicle for me and my kids (:
Friendship is the ONLY place I'll ever recommend to anyone, ever and the ONLY place I'll be buying vehicles from! I'm sure all the sales people are great, but trust me when I say ask for Swing! He moved mountains to help me with my crappy credit and I'm so happy and forever grateful!!!
Thank you swing for everything you did for us! I hope you get the recognition you truly deserve!!! You deserve a raise for sure! Also thank you to JB in finance! We truly wouldn't be here or even be happy right now if it wasn't for y'all! This is the nicest car I have EVER owned and I cried real happy tears when I saw the kids' faces light up when I picked them up from school in the new car!”

“I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from FRIENDSHIP Jeep Chrysler in Johnson City Tennessee and the entire experience was exceptional. Although I was purchasing from out of state the team made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Dillon went above and beyond to ensure everything came together smoothly and shout out to Josh in finance who made the paperwork feel effortless. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communication and dedication. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for hassle, free car buying experience!”

“Austin was an absolute delight. He gave us the info we were asking for so we can make an educated decision. I left there with a brand new 2025 Jeep Wrangler and I absolutely love it. There was no pressure to buy and I would recommend Austin to anyone.”

“I have always wanted a CR-V as I've heard of their great life expectancy. Everyone who has one raves about it. I will start by saying that my experience wasn't great but it was okay...like 2.5/5.
I'll start by saying the first day I was at the dealership, I told the "specialist" what I needed and wanted my price point to be (after the first offer from the finance people). And told him I didn't want any protection plans for leather blah blah since I was buying used. There were 3 more offers brought to me ...all above that and all including plans I didn't want. I get that these people have a job to do, but it is also customer service. So my mom and I ended up leaving the dealership that day. Within 10-15 minutes I received several texts and calls and emails from them saying they could make the deal work. I was honestly ready to walk away, but ended up sticking with them because of the vehicle. So several emails later with the salesperson it was finally arranged (since I live an hour away). We went to the dealership which I met with a different specialist who showed me the deal that had been worked out...which was still not the terms we had agreed on or talked about. So we work something out and I end up leaving with vehicle. Making this long story shorter, I had things come up wrong with the vehicle. As you can see by attached items. I sent the specialist an email the next day...not having the car for 24 hours yet...that read: "Well things are going... not great but okay.
Last night on the drive home all 4 tire pressure lights came on, so I had to stop at the gas station and get a tire gauge to check the pressures. Pressures were good but lights stayed on. After a Google/ YouTube search we went in and calibrated the tmps (I think that was the acronym) system. The lights went off and stayed off for now. Hopefully that was the only reason for it. However while checking the pressures, I noticed that the valve stem covers on the right side tires were missing.
Then on my way home from work this evening, I hit a pot hole and noticed the passenger side mirror was loose and wiggling around a lot which caught my attention. Then as I was driving into the sun at one point, the sunshine hit just right on the windshield to reveal a chip in the windshield glass. I must not have noticed it last night because of the rain and darkness by the time we were leaving.
I wasn't sure if there was anything you all could do. I know it is as-is but that's just bad business. I'm not sure how the car could have been thoroughly inspected as was claimed and not notice these things. It's just frustrating to be in a new-to-you car and feel that worry that you got a lemon.
I hope we can make this right. I want to feel good about my purchase... hopefully you can help me get this all straightened out. Because right now I'm not 100% satisfied."
In response to my email, I got a call from this specialist saying that he had talked to the manager and the only thing they could do was make note of the tire sensor lights in case there was further issue. He stated the other things were cosmetic and that the windshield should be covered by insurance. I was not happy. I was nearly crying thinking about how badly I wanted to take this car that I had always wanted back to them and leaving it. All over the bad business. It was also almost insinuated that I had done these things to the vehicle since that night before "since it was overlooked" by them and myself. If something is my fault or doing, I have no problem owning up to it. They did not share that same view.”
