“I called for an appointment to get a service light checked and the woman who made my appointment was very friendly. She told me the day and ended the call saying "we'll see you in two weeks" but when I went in for my appointment it was scheduled for a MONTH and two weeks after I called. A little bit of an inconvenience, but the service staff was accommodating, friendly and fit me in.
The service light was due to my auxiliary battery which they changed in a timely manner. On my way home my car lost power and stalled 3 times before completely dying a block from my house. It was 11pm, raining and my car was dead in the middle of the road. My husband had to leave work early to help me out but he was able to find the issue. The service technicians never reattached the main battery after changing the auxiliary; they just left the wires tucked under the engine cover. Fortunately I was not involved in an accident when my car disabled in the roadway. Now my car shows a "Stop Safely Vehicle Will Shut Down Soon" message when I start it and it loses all power within 30 seconds. My car is dead in my driveway and I am without any means of transportation.
I had left messages to the service center that were never returned. When I finally did get in touch with someone, they offered to tow my Jeep and have the work completed within a few hours. I asked for a loaner car while the work was being completed (and in case it took longer than their "few hours" estimate) and apparently that is out of the question. I asked to speak to a service manager and was told they were all busy but one would get in contact with me that day. That was over 24 hours ago and I am still waiting to hear from someone.
I am going on day 4 without a car all due to neglect from Westbury Jeep's service department. This is my second Jeep from Westbury and have been a customer since 2011. I used to feel comfortable with the dealership but something must have changed there. I doubt I will ever purchase a car from them again.”

“Had the absolute pleasure of working with Ryan on my new Ram 1500. Ryan was outstanding to work with and very professional. I came in looking for specific packages and color on my Ram 1500. Ryan found my Ram and ran numbers for me instantly. No nonsense straight to the point with what I needed. Once I proceeded with the purchase Ryan kept me updated daily with pictures and videos. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to ask for him specifically. Side note, the people at the front desk were awesome to deal with aswell. They kept me entertained while Ryan was working on my paperwork. Thanks again everyone I really enjoyed dealing with you all.”

He answered all of my questions, offered key information as needed, and gave me time to think. At no point did I feel pressured. I made my decision to purchase my truck with a clear mind.
