“I have to say this carmax was the worst. I purchased two car with this company and never went though what my sister went through at this specific carmax. They cancelled my sisters order several times with no reason. The manager Jacob and Stacy tried every way for her not to get the car my sister paid to get shipped to this location as the car was in hold. My sister called and talked to supervisors they cancelled her app and made her re apply so she did and requested express pick up she was approved over the phone sent all documents and paid for insurance all she had to do was come pick up her car to wake up this morning to amend canceling her app again. This is completely wrong and something will be done from this. Not only that while she was in store they were trying to make her literally make her drive in a car with one of the associated to the bank because they now wanted bank statements out of no where I have never seen a buisness dealership try so hard to sabotage someone trying to purchase a car. Please stay away from this carmax!! They want the sell but not for you. Very very weird and strange behavior in this place. It was definitely giving racial profiling and embarrassment 3 individuals standing over my sister making her feel uncomfortable. Worst carmax ever.”

“Our experience with the team in Jacksonville was phenomenal. Often times when a dealership offers you a perk like return in 10 days no hassle or an exchange policy they make it hard. However not this place. They treated us like friends and family and helped ensure we were happy with a new pick when we came back to exchange. After leaving the first night with a 2024 RAV4, we realized after two days it just wasn’t for us. We discussed returning the RAV4 privately but felt guilty or like it may end up being a hassle. However, it was the exact opposite. They made it seamless and full of laughs and facilitated every expectation. Nic, John, Gloria, and Alexia were all so awesome and even the young lady that came over to help them that had more experience. Her name was Asia I believe.”
