Brung my car in to get serviced. The cost was so exreme for 2 repairs. It was an investment I no longer wanted to put into it, so I opted to trade it in and buy a new car. The process started smoothly by going online picking the cars I wanted to test drive. 1 which had no A/C and another that's full of pollen. If you're trying to sell something and put a customer in something, Rule #1 , make sure it's buyers ready! That was a turn off alone. Next , it was narrowing it down . We were asked, if the cars were the same price, which would we want? 3 minutes later, finance comes out with the paperwork for the chosen car with the same price. VERY MISLEADING. Talk about say whatever to get whatever, smh. Last, the push of signing documents and papers. I made it very known I had my own financial institution I wanted to work with. I was told, "Oh we work with them too. We want to remove the middle person and move right along." SIR, YOU ARE THE MIDDLE PERSON. IVE BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE MY OPTIONS WITH THEM. On top of all of this, I kept being asked was I sure I dropped my car off to their service department because they could not find it. I started out with 1 representative and had gone through 5 different representatives in 2 days. I picked my car up, paid them for my diagnostic and left. I'm not easily overwhelmed, but this was very overwhelming, frustrating and very chaotic. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend.

My 20 year old car finally kicked the bucket. I was anxious needing to buy a new car on short notice with little money to put down. Thankfully I visited Nissan of Orange Park. They made the process easier than I expected. Miguel, Irvin and the Sales Manager Nick were all fantastic in helping me get this done. They got me into a beautiful 2019 Altima SV, just the sort of ride I was looking for. The process was smooth and at the end of the day I was very happy. This is a highly recommended business. Everyone I encountered was great, but Miguel, Irvin and Sale Manager Nick really were a blessing. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car, and I can’t say enough good things about Billy. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Billy genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I had an outstanding experience buying my new truck. Jake Ritzert, my sales rep, and Frank Ritzert, the general manager, did an amazing job from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to find me the right truck (Ford F-150 V8 5.0). The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They even included a lifetime powertrain warranty, which gave me total peace of mind and showed they genuinely stand behind what they sell. A huge shout-out to Alex Serrano in finance absolutely crushed it. He secured me the best interest rate I’ve ever had, even beating out Navy Federal, which I was very confident going into the deal. That alone says a lot about his effort and expertise. Everyone I worked with was respectful, caring, and honest. This dealership truly treats you like a person, not just another sale. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’ll definitely be back for my next one

Their incompetence put my life and the lives of others in danger. On September 13, 2025, I brought my Nissan Murano here for servicing. A simple oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. New wiper blades. It took them quite a while, although I was confident that with the extra time, the work would be done properly. Once the car was serviced, I was told that everything was in working order and nothing was amiss. On September 21, 2025, as I was driving, I heard a loud pop, and the next thing I knew, my tire was rolling off without me. I had to maneuver the car safely to the side of the road. If it weren't for my quick thinking. Serious injury could have occurred. I took my car to the dealership under the impression that these people were professionals, and they could handle my vehicle with dignity and respect. I am beyond upset and angry. I am lucky that no one was injured or harmed in this accident. This is unacceptable. I will not tolerate incompetence. I will not tolerate being charged. Over $500 only to have an underperforming vehicle returned to me in such a state is unthinkable, and yet it happened. If you value your safety on the road, do not take your vehicle here. They cannot be trusted with simple tire rotation, let alone anything more complicated, for the safety of your family and friends. AVOID this location. They hurt me, and they'll hurt you, too.
