“Very impressed by Mike and the crew over on the service side of the dealership. They’ve been phenomenal in helping me out over the past year and it’s been such a smooth process! I recently had a coolant pipe that I was quoted $1,300 to replaced by a mechanic. Mercedes was able to do it for $900! Not often does a dealership have the better price when it comes to repairs.”

“My recent experience was highly unsatisfactory, both in terms of service quality and customer care. My service advisor, Andy Trowbridge, demonstrated poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Despite reporting my concerns promptly, I did not receive timely or appropriate responses.
I was issued a loaner vehicle that was infested with tree ants. I notified the advisor the following morning; however, I did not receive a response for two days. I also contacted the service manager regarding the issue, but I did not receive any follow up. As a result, I was left to deal with the infestation for the duration of my service.
This is the second advisor at this location who has made me feel dismissed and disregarded. While I am unsure of the underlying cause, the level of concern shown toward certain customers appears inconsistent and troubling.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.”

“Purchased a Mercedes Benz S63 all the way from central California. From the beginning to end, William Izoita did such a great job in providing details on the vehicle (thorough images and videos) as we were not able to make it in person. Entire staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you!”

“The service advisor was friendly and helpful. But I was very disappointed in the lack of quality of the car’s detailing or lack there of I should say. My car was returned with horrible soap streaks all over. I was left with a less than luxury experience. But on a positive note, when I brought the matter to my advisor’s attention she offered, a better detailing experience for next time. However, I remain very skeptical of this dealership as a first time MB owner.”

“Recently bought a 2021 G Wagon at Mercedes Benz of Orange Park in Jacksonville. My sales guy was JD Wilkerson. I told him to check thoroughly the G Wagon because I’m coming from Atlanta to purchase. He assured me that the g Wagon was in perfect condition and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked him to let me know if there were any dents or chips etc. he assured me there was nothing. I got the G Wagon and drove it back to Atlanta. Once I got home I noticed the rear bumper had a dent and the black trim was not connected to the bumper. I double checked with the video and pictures he sent me and confirmed the damage was there before I picked up the vehicle. It’s only been less than 7 days since I bought the car and I asked him to honor the fix. He refused and didn’t even call me back. I would not buy another vehicle from him or this dealership. Buyer be aware. These guys do not honor their word and would rather disappoint a customer to save a buck.

Stop blaming me and the dealership you didn’t see such a “glaring” issue when you had a video and in person inspection and a week after delivery. - The pictures don’t discern an issue that I can even make sense of. The onus is ultimately on the customer to check out the car and make the decision to buy. “. This is how they take care of the customer. Buyer beware.”
