“I recently had my GLC 43 AMG serviced and had the pleasure of working with Mike, my service coordinator. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
Mike took the time to thoroughly explain every service that would be performed on my vehicle, making sure I understood exactly what was needed and why. His attention to detail and clear communication gave me complete confidence that my car was in the right hands.
What really set Mike apart was his proactive communication throughout the entire process. He reached out multiple times with updates on the progress of my service, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. It's rare to find this level of customer care, and it made the whole experience stress-free.

“I bought my 2020 Mercedes from another dealership and the next morning it was showing an error message. I called down to MB of OP and they spoke with me over the phone and were very helpful. After speaking, I decided to make an appointment for an oil change and their free inspection to ease my mind, they got me right in within the hour.
First, they had me pull up to service where the guy there helped show me how a few buttons worked. They walked me in and showed me where the free breakfast and coffee area was. Next, Mike was very kind and helped give me some peace of mind about my new car. About the time I finished breakfast I received a video of the mechanics inspection by text. It was thorough and although I only wanted the oil change at that time (btw they send a second text with the recommended services, prices and you can accept or decline thru text. It gave me a plan on what I need to do moving forward on maintenance to keep my car healthy. While it took a little longer than expected, I was ok with that bc it was such a pleasant experience. Finally, Mike walked me up to finish up, let me know which services where most important and how urgent or non urgent they were. I’m totally ok with paying a little more for a better experience and also peace of mind. It was $230 for my GLA250”

“The service advisor was friendly and helpful. But I was very disappointed in the lack of quality of the car’s detailing or lack there of I should say. My car was returned with horrible soap streaks all over. I was left with a less than luxury experience. But on a positive note, when I brought the matter to my advisor’s attention she offered, a better detailing experience for next time. However, I remain very skeptical of this dealership as a first time MB owner.”

“Recently bought a 2021 G Wagon at Mercedes Benz of Orange Park in Jacksonville. My sales guy was JD Wilkerson. I told him to check thoroughly the G Wagon because I’m coming from Atlanta to purchase. He assured me that the g Wagon was in perfect condition and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked him to let me know if there were any dents or chips etc. he assured me there was nothing. I got the G Wagon and drove it back to Atlanta. Once I got home I noticed the rear bumper had a dent and the black trim was not connected to the bumper. I double checked with the video and pictures he sent me and confirmed the damage was there before I picked up the vehicle. It’s only been less than 7 days since I bought the car and I asked him to honor the fix. He refused and didn’t even call me back. I would not buy another vehicle from him or this dealership. Buyer be aware. These guys do not honor their word and would rather disappoint a customer to save a buck.

Stop blaming me and the dealership you didn’t see such a “glaring” issue when you had a video and in person inspection and a week after delivery. - The pictures don’t discern an issue that I can even make sense of. The onus is ultimately on the customer to check out the car and make the decision to buy. “. This is how they take care of the customer. Buyer beware.”
