He explained everything in such detail and honesty. The updates during the process definitely made the experience smoother. And, in all honesty next thing I know… job was all done, car is running great, all my questions and doubts answered!!! It’s rare to go anywhere for any kind of service and have at least a decent experience is even more rare to find a service member that personalizes every interaction in such way as Mr. Rivera did, he is such a customer-focused person. I highly recommend Kia at Orange Park for any service and definitely ask for Mr. Rene Rivera for a smooth top quality service!!!”

“This is literally the best Kia dealer in Jacksonville. I bought my Kia Stinger here back in 2019 and they gave me a pretty good trade amount for my car, more than I expected. But I lived on the other side of town and was taking my car over to the Southside dealership. Not that I didn’t have a good experience over there but it was very inconsistent. They were always changing service advisors, there was also a time when I went to have a service repair done and a sensor ended up getting broken in the process.
But then I moved to the west side and started coming to the OP dealership and it has been life-changing. I will NEVER go back to the Southside dealer. Rene is my favorite service advisor, always ready to receive the customer with open arms and a warm smile, he just has an awesome attitude overall!! It really makes having to drop serious money a much more enjoyable experience. Not to mention he really does think about the customers pockets and always finds way to make things more affordable for us! He’s fast, he’s funny, super-smart and any team that should have the privilege of working with him is a winning team!!! That man deserves a raise AND a promotion!! Thanks Orange Park Kia!!!”

“Beautiful new location. Big service and maintenance areas. Interior, waiting areas are spacious, contemporary, minimalist style with plenty of seating, numerous office spaces. Very clean (for now), convenient beverage station with coffee and bottled water. Bathrooms clean and open.
Only complaint is the overzealous penny pinching….the service department charges 3% to use a credit card. Gimme a break guys.”
