Alexâs commitment, knowledge, and patience truly stood out. He made a stressful situation much more manageable, and his dedication to getting things done right gave me confidence in the dealershipâs service team. I purchased my very first car from this dealership back in 2013, and from that moment on, Matin and Karim have been my go-to people. Itâs now been over a decade, and I can confidently say that the service theyâve provided to me and my family has been nothing short of exceptionalâevery single time.

âWe purchased our Jeep Grand Wagoneer from this dealership for over $90,000, and have kept it fully serviced according to the manufacturerâs schedule. The vehicle currently has 78,000 miles, and over the past five weeks alone, itâs been in for service three separate times for the same persistent issue â which still has not been resolved.
Weâve already been charged over $3,000 across these visits, and despite that, the problem keeps returning. The service department has replaced the battery, sensors, and a few other related components, and has also completed all recall-related work. Yet the issue continues.
To make matters worse, weâve repeatedly been told that the problem is not mechanical, but rather due to the driver. That explanation is not only frustrating, but dismissive â especially after multiple repairs and thousands of dollars spent with no lasting fix.
This is our primary family vehicle for a family of six. We cannot keep going back and forth for the same unresolved issue. For the price paid and the effort weâve made to maintain this vehicle properly, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Iâve asked for this to be escalated beyond the service advisor level, and I strongly urge the dealership to take real accountability before this situation worsens.â
