“I had an incredible buying experience at Coggin Ford dealership when purchasing my used Subaru BRZ. I’m based in the Northeast, but my salesperson, Jake, truly provided white-glove service from start to finish. He handled negotiations, financing coordination, and all the paperwork so thoroughly that everything was ready to go before I even flew down to Florida to pick up the car.
The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free—honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The vehicle was priced very competitively, and there were no surprises along the way.
Huge shoutout as well to Darlene in finance, who took the time to clearly explain everything and made the process easy to understand, especially for someone newer to financing.
I highly recommend this dealership and strongly suggest working with Jake if you’re looking for a seamless, top-tier car-buying experience.”

“My visit was to the service department and is both a 1 star and a 4+ star.
My interaction with the advisor was positive. He genuinely seemed to listen and care and make efforts to take care of my situation. When I picked up my car, another advisor was also great, a true car-guy!
**However, the ability to schedule a loaner shouldn't be this difficult. People with loaners are scheduled to return the loaner, you schedule that slot with someone who needs it. I've gone to a different dealer for almost ten years, also constantly busy, who was able to figure this out.
Issue #2: It is unprofessional to not use applicable seat, steering and floorboard covers when working on a car. This is auto mechanics 101.”

“I Had a 10/10 experience with Coggin Ford staff when purchasing a new truck from start to finish. Specifically with Robert Andrews (one of the managers). There were light spider web scratches on the car when I arrived to pick it up, but because I traveled a long way I didn't want to leave without the truck. Robert and his team provided an IOU for a paint correction. A few weeks later they dropped off a loaner truck to me over an hour away, and took my truck back to the shop to fix the paint. Unfortunately some of the scratches were still present after it was worked on. I called Robert and let him know I'd prefer to have a local detailer address the issue, and without hesitation they said no problem. Robert and the Coggin staff was accessible throughout the whole process, they answered his phone everytime I called him, or called me back immediately. This interaction alone has won all future business from me. In a time where dealerships are looking for new ways to cut corners, Coggin Ford really stands out among the crowd in both pricing, customer service, and kindness. This truly was a turn key experience from start to finish. I felt the least I could do to repay them for their honesty and kindness was to post a good review. The other reviews of this dealership will speak for themselves. On another note, they were a real pleasure to negotiate with. All of our negotiations were done through text messages, and out of 50 trucks that I priced out in GA/FLA, they had the best deal by a few thousand bucks. This really is an outstanding operation, and the owner of this dealership, and Robert Andrews should be very proud of what they are doing in Jacksonville.”

“Stopped in to see the Internet manager and met with Caleb, financing handled by Kendall. Caleb spent a lot of time with us showing us to test drive 3 different broncos. All 3 were good choices and he helped us figure the best option. He was forthright and honest. They have a charging station for my hybrid while all this was going on. Kendall was friendly and engaging.
It was 5 stars, but trying to get the deal done created a 3 star review.
As nice as the 3 of them were, they were frustrating to work with. Approvals that turned out to not be approvals. Amounts entered incorrectly in the initial financing forms. No coordination between them. No communication between them. Getting them on the phone was difficult. What should have taken hours took days. No one here and we've been sitting for more than an hour after going over the incorrect numbers. Very low energy or drive by anyone. It's like they all just started, which isn't the case. No one seems to know any answers to a direct question. And when there's errors, no one seems to catch them.
And they're too nice and friendly to yell at.”

“Robe Rose and Johnny are amazing in Service. I was done with Ford and Coggin and they completely changed how I felt. I just bought a new Explorer ST-Line yesterday. Caleb and Robert in sales were great and Mike in finance had me in and out quick. Best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. Go see them today and get yours. Amazing holiday deals.”
