“Horrible service horrible place. They told me I couldn’t test drive a car if I didn’t apply for it first which doesn’t make absolutely any sense. How can they make you apply run your credit for a car that you haven’t even driven yet what if you drive the car you don’t like it. What is something wrong with the car? They just gonna run your credit just because they literally didn’t let me Test drive the car because they didn’t feel like it because I told him I wasn’t buying today just for being honest, completely disrespected and honestly, I feel targeted because they didn’t let me drive the car. Dior was the agent that assisted me although he was nice and polite according to him, his manager didn’t let him allow me to test drive the vehicle very hard for me to understand how they can make sales without letting people drive their cars first unless it’s someone that doesn’t know anything about dealerships. I just get ripped off horrible service. Stay away from them. They’re discriminatory”

“Update: I tried to use the paint protection warranty for the paint specs. The warranty company said it's preexisting damage and referred me back to the dealer. Caution: this dealership will add fees that should have been included in the purchase price AND not keep their promises on things they will fix if you purchase the vehicle. On Saturday 12/7/2024 I purchased a 2021 Range Rover Evoque from them. After the test drive I let my sales person (Maria: very nice lady) know that the brakes need to be serviced and that the tires need to be replaced. She said no problem, we'll take care of it. I proceeded to the finance person (Jim) that showed me the numbers. They had the purchase price PLUS some 360 paint/interior protection crap that I did not ask for and had no option to decline (keep in mind that the paint has nicks and stains on it currently) AND a $2,700 "rejuvenation fee" or something like that. I told him that you knew what it cost you to get the vehicle ready before you priced it! Take that off! He did. They give me a service appointment for Tuesday so I drop the car back off on Monday evening. It was ready on Friday. They only replaced the front 2 tires (the rear driver's tire was the one that I noticed the excessive tread wear on) instead of all 4 (with a different brand) and they fixed the front brakes. I drive the hour home from the dealership and decide to wash it the next day. I see a gouge so large in the rear passenger tire that I'm amazed that I made it home without dying on 95 S. You can see all of the steel belt showing through (photo attached). Now I still can't drive the car and had to make an appointment to get the rear tires replaced at Discount Tire on Thursday for $540 because it's not safe to drive it back to them. I am so disappointed and still pissed about the extra over a $1,000 for paint protection that doesn't even seem to have been applied. I warned you.”

“Always get great service. Anthony was very thorough in explaining every aspect of the vehicle. On top of that, he is the sweetest person and always is above board. This is our second car from City Mitsubishi and cannot recommend them and Anthony enough.”

“My five star rate is for Alicia. My experience was only great because of my sale representative Alicia, honestly if it wasn’t for her i probably wouldn’t have bought the car i did she was very helpful and fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal even when the financial people were kind of off putting she made sure I left there with no problems and even after buying the car she made sure everything was good. I wouldn’t do my car buying experience with anybody else.”
