I recently visited Auto Basics while exploring options for a new vehicle, and I had the pleasure of working with [Salesman’s Name]. Although I didn’t end up making a purchase, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy he demonstrated. From the moment I arrived, Alex Bennek greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features, and he answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Even though I didn’t proceed with a purchase, he never made me feel pressured or rushed, and his genuine desire to help was truly appreciated. Overall, my experience with Alex was excellent, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. He exemplifies what great customer service should look like. Thank you, Alex , for your outstanding support!

So here is the overview I stopped here to check out a tundra when driving through. Was about an hour detour to go check it out. We took it for a test drive but as we're pulling out we see it's on empty and had to turn around to get 20 for gas. As we're pulling out the second time the manager tells my salesman not to go far as it needs a brake booster replaced. So we go maybe a mile to the gas station and put $20 on gas on it. Thats all they alot for gas. While at the gas station we did a quick look over, went over the car fax in the gas station. Alex pointed out there had been previous damage to the drivers side rear of the vehicle which was no longer visible. We talked about other damage like the scratches on the paint from the previous owners dogs, and paint missing from the roof Alex said was being painted. Drove the truck maybe a mile back to the dealership and left..bad brakes and 5 gallons of gas didn't leave much room for checking it out Well about a week later after texting and working out the details I rented a car and drove 2.5 hours to go pick up the truck. I get there and immediately notice front end damage (see picsI told Alex that was new and his response was no, I seen that when she traded it in... But he didn't mention it, the photos online were conveniently missing that area of the truck.he never it when we was specificity discussing damage. Told him it was a deal breaker and he just said yeah we don't fix that kind of stuff. I feel I should also note that he mentioned it has a brand new transmission from American transmission (rated at 3.4 stars) and when calling them it was out a brand new transmission it was a rebuild.. Not the end of the world but misinformation none the less. So I'm out a rental car and a whole day because of hidden information and possibly being lied to.. 5 hours of driving round trip from Ocala Florida. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Do your due diligence when buying here. And verify everything they tell you. And an independent inspection wouldn't be a bad idea either I think

I have never had such a positive experience purchasing a vehicle as I did yesterday. Merek made this transaction painless and enjoyable. Thank you so much for taking the time with us yesterday, and making a normally difficult process easy. Jason who processed our payment and went over all the paperwork was great as well. Thanks again!
