“This place doesn’t even deserve a star at all. My mother bought a car from this place and the “BUMPER TO BUMPER” warranty. The car she bought is a 2016 Buick encore. From the outside it looks great! Upon initial opinion, just by looking at it, I was very proud of my mother and happy with the purchase until I started looking into it and driving it. I went to fill it up with gas and the gas leaks as it’s filling up. My mother literally wastes $10 on a $20 fill up with a large puddle of gas left at the pump every time she fills it up I don’t know, but that seems extremely dangerous for not only my mother filling up her car, but the patrons around her filling up their cars as well. Not only that The anxiety we feel just driving down the road, having crazy visions of her car blowing up on the highway too. Within a month of owning the car, the car started making horrible loud noises like the muffler was removed. I Looked underneath the car and noticed rust like it had been in a flood and for a long time. My mother was by herself when she purchased this vehicle and they took advantage of her lack of understanding and disability to manipulate her into buying this no good vehicle. They Conned her into purchasing the extended “BUMPER TO BUMPER” warranty, which costs a lot of money per month added in. my mother took the car in to have it looked at, and they didn’t even take the time to look at it. They told her that the issues with her car are not covered under the “BUMPER TO BUMPER” warranty. So now my mother is stuck with a piece of crap car rusted on the bottom could collapse at any time and you can’t fill it up with gas because it waste half of the gas you put in it and the money….. You Can’t hear us coming down the road from 2 miles away because of the horrible sound it makes. I don’t normally make bad posts like this, but these people are crooks and my mother was not strong enough to write this we are going to be filing A lawsuit against this place I highly highly advise you to not purchase a vehicle here. There are many other places to purchase a vehicle. These people are no good and do not stand by their word. I will post pictures to prove everything standby”
