“Updated Review: DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP Purchasing a car from Atlantic Infiniti, we found an infestation of cockroaches. We took the vehicle back to them and we were told by Duane that it would be taken care of and that they had a company coming out to fix the issue. Fast forward a week later many promises from another management person Aris That he would be following up on various occasions with us and never did. I had to chase him up all the time. I had the audacity to tell me we would be even alone a car for free, I had to explain to him. It’s not free when you have paid for a car that you cannot use. We received the car back today After being told, it was cleaned yesterday and cockroach, free and clean today and still cockroach free. Please see the pictures of their idea of ‘clean’. They were not able to tell me who performed the service or what chemicals were used and we have young children that would be going in the car. In addition, cockroaches carry disease, Atlantic Infiniti should be ashamed of yourself. Sad thing is I almost bought a second car from them if they had done the right thing. Now I will not ever recommend them to anybody. They charge you over a $2000 fee for their Atlantic Infiniti promise which is worthless when you have a car that has an infestation. Spoken with Duane again and is of no help. Not being able to relay any information about the chemical used in the car or who under the work. I truly don’t believe that they did anything and I truly don’t believe that they even. This dealership just does not care, wolves in sheep’s clothing. Buyer beware and if I could give minus stars I would. Old review: David was super helpful with a no pressure to buy which was lovely to experience from a car dealership. He answered all our questions and helped us find exactly the right car. Everything was explained well and we are very happy with our purchase.”

“The service that I received was excellent! Yaz did a phenomenal job with checking me in. When I arrived, he immediately came out and greeted me and he was very observant of my vehicle. I requested a tire rotation with my oil change but he noticed that my tires were fairly new and I didn’t need to get them rotated just yet. So he made sure he didn’t charge me for a service that I didn’t need. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would!!!”

“I had an appointment at 2pm, checked in at 2:12pm and wasn’t seen until 2:51pm as I asked the two ladies up front how long does it usually take to be helped by an advisor. Immediately after Danny came out to assist me. I had a great experience with Danny! I told him about all the issues I was experiencing and was able to leave my car to be evaluated. Danny communicated well and promptly, he explained in great detail what was wrong with my car and what the process would be like to get it fixed. Got my car back and it’s running beautifully! So appreciative of Danny and the mechanics who were able to get my car back to normal!”
