“I’ve bought many cars over my lifetime this was the first time I’ve felt swindled. Not a good experience- I would NOT recommend this dealer and certainly will not be buying another car from them. Buyer be ware - all used cars sold at Atlantic Infiniti get $2,495 added to the advertised price and this has nothing to do with the other dealer prep fees, taxes, and license fees. It’s just a dealer add in. I bought a 3 year old car from Atlantic Infiniti advertised for $31,500. Once everything was added in it cost me $36,000. The extra fees cover all sorts of cosmetic things they claim to do to your car but when I got the car home I noticed significant damage to the undercarriage of the car. It would have been nice to have that pointed out (since I bought the car online) and since they clearly had the benefit of having the car on a lift. BUT THAT’s not the worst….I bought my car over 60 days ago and they still haven’t registered it with the DMV. My temp tags expired after 30 days so, after I called, they sent me another 30 day tag. Another 30 days have passed, so I called again to get another tag only to find out they hadn’t even submitted my paper work to the DMV yet. even though that was of course one of the add on fees I was required to pay. They kept telling me to give it time, DMV’s are slow, when in reality they hadn’t done their job at all. Over the top non negotiable dealer fees, horrible sales follow though, and a car that had hidden damage and an interior smell (which I haven’t even gotten into yet because while unnoticed it when I picked up the car I figured it was just because it had been sitilting in the Florida sun for weeks) I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to even an enemy of mine.”
