From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Mr. Jerry on the sales team was absolutely incredible—super helpful, patient, and truly gave top-tier customer service. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they literally took all the stress out of the process. I had already been to a few other places and kept getting denied, so I was feeling discouraged… but the finance team at American Motors didn’t take no for an answer! They worked hard for me and made it happen. And when they say guaranteed credit approval, they MEAN IT! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m now riding around in a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape and I couldn’t be happier! Upon arrival the battery was no good I informed them and they had a new one put in before I pulled off the lot. Still a little confused on how to get an extended warranty but I’ll call for my further questions.”

“Went up there to buy a truck as soon as I walk through the doors, somebody handed me keys and told me to go drive it when I went out to drive the vehicle. The check engine light was on and the gas was on E. I walked back in and told him I did not want to drive a vehicle on E because I didn’t want the vehicle to burn up the fuel pump. They put five dollars in gas in it and had me drive it down the road long story short I ended up getting the vehicle as soon as I got the vehicle home I shut it down. It drove just fine an hour and a half later my daughter wanted to go get something to eat in the new vehicle so I proceeded to take her when I got in and started the truck and started to back out of the driveway it started to shake the check engine light blanked. I am a mechanic, so I live read through my scanner and found out that cylinder number five was misfiring so I went and bought a coil pack installed the coil pack and it fixed the issue. Check engine light stayed on scan the vehicle again Said that it needed O2 sensors mind you this is all the same evening that I bought the truck went and got gas treatment put the gas treatment in and filled the tank up noticed that the full tank only read 253 miles on a full tank on a 2017 Silverado that’s supposed to have 419 on a full tank the next morning, I went back to the dealership and mentioned my concerns. They told me to let the dealership do the recall fixes and then send it to their guy at old Hickory car care and they were going to scan it and see what’s up with it I tried to call old Hickory car care. I didn’t get any answer from them for the first four days so I took it to Jackson off-road. They found the vehicle to have bad catalytic converters. I’ve only put 450 miles on this truck since August 13 because I did not want to blow the motor. The dealership is pretty much telling me to use the warranty on the truck because they’re not going to help me. I did however mention that the vehicle had a check engine light everybody disregarded it and sold me the vehicle. Anyway these people are wolves and sheep clothing. My business is now hurting because of it. I have had to order catalytic converters. I am not able to go out and work for my own company. The truck has 81,000 miles on it. That’s the only reason I got it. I haven’t even made my first car note payment yet and I’m being tossed aside like I’m nobody because I didn’t go to somebody. they wanted me to don’t trust these people and don’t trust the vehicles they’re selling. It’s horrible service. They’re only in it for the money two people to avoid for sure or Mark and Adam I tried to seek assistance due to the fact that I’ve only had the truck a couple of weeks and I’ve only put 450 miles on it. Mark told methat I’m a mechanic I can go make the money and pay for it myself or use my warranty, horrible horrible people they play dumb just to get your money it really is sad because I had two people referred me to this place. The man who owns Pringles part which I will not mention his name as well as my father-in-law my father-in-law will not be returning to buy another vehicle, which he’s already looking for another one, and if the owner of Pringle Park comes back, I’m gonna let him know about his buddy Mark. Well we have an update. Part has been replaced. Definitely do not buy any vehicles from this place. Tried to tell them from the Start. The catalytic converters were bad. No one listened. Here’s the proof you’re gonna get a new used vehicle with less than 100,000 miles and Something is probably going to be majorly wrong with it. New update oil pump failed today. I ain’t even got my actual license plate yet or how to make my first payment yet guess I’ll be finding out if I’m covered or not smh long story short the bumper-to-bumper coverage doesn’t cover you. It only covers internal lubricated parts anybody buying a vehicle from this company should know that the warranty they’re selling you is crap. You’re only covered for the first two yrs but you’re paying for it for six cancel it screw there commission up”
