āNo customer service at all.
Our truck had a recall, and we scheduled an appointment on December 1. When my husband took the truck in, they said they forgot to order the part. This recall required two visits, but all they did was take a photo of the dashboard cluster and tell us they would contact us when the part arrived.
On December 18, they texted saying the part was in. I dropped the car off on December 22 at 9:00 a.m. At 3:30 p.m., they called and saidāagaināthat they did not have the part because they never ordered it. They told me to pick up my car and offered a free oil change.
I took two days off work for this recall, which cost me far more than a free oil change, and then waited another month with no call. They accept appointments without having the required parts, which is completely unprofessional.
I contacted Ford of Kent, and they had the part available and fixed my car the next business day. This dealership wasted two months going back and forth for parts that were clearly available at another dealer.
Very disappointing experience.ā

āJustin was very professional, friendly and a delight to work with, as were all the customer reps I met in the service area. Great group of peoples! He was able to find space in a very busy schedule to have a tech inspect a tire-area metallic clunking sound _the next day_. Wow! It was fixed in an hour. Also done was a safety inspection which cleared my RV to head out on our next adventure with confidence.
Thank you Evergreen Ford for squeezing us in and sending my EKKO down the road in safety!ā

āI would like to express my sincere gratitude to Janay Kurtz. She is a true professional in her field. Her individual approach, professionalism, and precision in handling every detail made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free.
It was a real pleasure and very comfortable working with her throughout the entire journey ā from selecting the perfect vehicle to receiving all the documents and keys. Janay carefully listens to your needs, finds the best options tailored to your personal preferences, and guides you through every step of the deal, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly.
The dealership itself has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere where customers feel truly comfortable. The team is attentive, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping you find a car that fully meets your expectations.
Highly recommend both Janay Kurtz and this dealership for anyone looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience!ā

āWhat should have been an easy 5 star review turned into 2 stars.
Went to Evergreen Ford (EF) to purchase a used 2024 F-150. Met with Mark who took me for the test drive and did the initial offer. We went back and forth, and Mark brought over Chet who was a sales manager, I guess. Chet was a super nice and knowledgeable guy, and we all went back and forth quite a bit but I couldnāt commit and ended up leaving. I tried to go to another dealer to test drive another truck but ended up wasting a lot of time (thatās a story for another time). So, after sleeping on it for a day I made a final offer (very close to what Chet wanted) and EF accepted. Went there to give them my trade-in and sign the papers. They made sure that my trade-in had both keys and the expectation was that ofc the 2024 f150 had both keys as well. When I finished signing all the papers with the finance guy we went over to Mark where he told me that he couldnāt find a second key and that it was traded in with only one key. I didnāt think too much about it until later when I learned that the price for a new key was $500. I reached out to Mark to let him know that I didnāt think it was fair for me to pay the entire $500 for the spare key. Iām buying a 2024 ford f150 from a ford dealership and if it didnāt have 2 keys when they got it, they should have made the spare. Mark NEVER got back to me.
Up until now this was such a great experience but to just ghost someone with a legit grievance thatās a big issue. The extra add-ons I ended up buying for my truck like extended warranty I ended up buying somewhere else and the service Iām getting is happening elsewhere. Thatās a lot of money that could be flowing into EF but is now going elsewhere because of spare key.
Evergreen Ford this is what you should have done when I raised the spare key issue:
1. Acknowledge that it was an issue.
2. Sold me the extended warranty with a discount and added ākey replacement optionā to the contract.
3. Made the spare key under the ākey replacement warranty. ā
- You would have made money for selling me the additional warranty.
- You would have made money making the spare key for me under Fords extended warranty.
- You would have made money servicing my truck every 5000 miles.
- You would have a 5-star review instead of 2 stars.
Even a customer with a grievance is a potential opportunity for:
1. Making an additional sale and turning a frown upside down.
2. Learning where your organization needs to improve like handling keys etc.
The truck is still running great and I love it. Just such a shame that I need to leave a 2-star review because of Mark not owning up to a mistake with a spare key.ā
