“Ali at Evergreen Chevrolet in Issaquah is the real deal! He helped me get my Toyota Corolla Hybrid and made everything insanely smooth and stress-free. Super knowledgeable, honest, and zero pressure. He actually cares about getting you the right car. If you’re buying a car, do yourself a favor and go to Ali — highly recommended!”

“I ordered a 2026 corvette. The process went smoothly. It took forever for the car to arrive however. The car was detailed and my questions answered. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the delivery. I would recommend them. I have not used the service department yet. So that could be another future review.”

“My sister and I came here to look at a Chevy Trax listed on their website at $22,490 ($2995 off MSRP) and had a terrible experience. We test drove the vehicle and that was fine, but once we sat down to actually discuss the purchase, it was a very unpleasant experience. We were up front that we intended to pay cash for the car, and the sales person who helped us (Ali) presented us with a document that listed a total of over $33,000 including several warranties that we did not want. We expressed that we didn’t want the warranties, and he went back to talk to his manager at least 3 different times. Ali told us that his manager was able to remove one of the warranties, but not the other, and insisted that in order to get the $22,490 price, we had to also purchase their $1995 “PNW” warranty. If you click “begin buying process” on their website, no where does it detail any sort of required warranty to purchase the vehicle. We were adamant that we would not be purchasing the car with the warranty and he insisted that he could not remove it, so we left. We went to Burien Chevrolet and worked with a great salesman who not only matched Evergreen’s price, but was also pleasant and straightforward with us. Burien also offers 10 years of free roadside assistance. I recommend going to Burien instead. (Edit: I mentioned the 10 years of roadside to Ali at Evergreen and he said it’s onstar/something that is offered by Chevy and not an offer by Burien Chevrolet, which was an outright lie.)”

“Today I picked up my brand new Blazer, which I bought from Evergreen Chevy a few months ago, after I saw tranny fluid leaking due to what I found was a known service bulletin for a transmission issue. The parts came in early and the work was done early, so I was able to pick up a week earlier than estimated, great. The service department was friendly and communicative with the transmission issue.
My one star review is based on my experience after I picked up the car. I was almost home from the dealership on an uphill 45mph road when all the warning lights came on and the car turned off. I was able to coast to a side road but not a safe pullover so the car was in the road with flashers as I called the dealership and explained what was happening, and asked them for a tow back. They said to call a local tow company, pay for it out of pocket, and that it *might* be covered, which was baffling given the situation. After a few minutes of making frantic phone calls and trying to push the car to a safer pullover, I tried to start it again since people were whipping around me, honking, and yelling, the car stayed on long enough to make it the .5 miles to my house. Once I made it home safely I had a bit of a breakdown, really thankful my drive back from the dealership doesn’t put me on the freeway.
Evergreen Chevy called me back and said to call GM Roadside Assistance for a *potentially covered* tow. GM Roadside was friendly but ran me through the wringer on getting a covered tow back to the dealership. At this point my brand new Blazer is back at the dealership service center for the second time in two months, the second time within less than an hour, and I am making payments on a brand new car that I no longer trust to not break down. If anyone has any advice about this situation I would be welcome to it.”

“I normally go to the Bellevue chevrolet. The service is exceptional. They give you information on what my truck needs. That helps me out to make choices on what the plan of care for my vehicle needs next finically and to schedule it. Jacob did a good job but needs more knowledge to get the information down on paper, on the repairs that the vehicle needs to hand out to the customer. That paper is very handy and good for our records. Thank you”
