“!!!!SHADY and SUSPICIOUS and DANGEROUS PLEASE READ!!! Autohaus sold me a 2015 scion frs on an almost empty tank of gas. When test-driving it, AutoHAUS had it running on empty (1/8 full only….) but kept telling me it was because it was popular and people wanted to drive it frequently. Out the lot I went to fill up and then noticed extreme gasoline odors coming into the cabin through the ac vents AS SOON AS I FILLED IT UP. my mechanic fixed it for $2,000 a MONTH LATER and said that it looked like someone had JUST tried to replace a seal/gasket in the gas tank, but they installed it poorly. The mechanic said they believe AUTOHAUS most likely did this right before selling it because there was no way that someone wouldn’t have smelled the gasoline smell, and that they probably kept it low on gas to be SNEAKY. I can’t prove anything here so I don’t know what to do about it, but these guys are BAD NEWS. Don’t trust them. I wish there was something that could be done, but they got me good.
PS my mechanic said I could have died or asphyxiated in the car due to the emissions being brought into the engine bay and then into the car. One spark and AUTOHAUS would have been the last place I’d ever visit. Buyer beware.
ALSO: the sales lady said that the manager had been driving the car around “all week” and that he “loved it” because it was a fun sports car. That said, it’s literally impossible for them to not have known about this SEVERE emissions leak due to the odors produced. Untrustworthy.
If autohaus is reading this, this review is almost a year late from my unfortunate purchase. I was so annoyed with this whole thing that I just paid the money myself and moved on. I don’t know if you guys care to make things right, but you have my information… please call me if you’d like to somehow work this out. Thank you.”

“I had a very pleasant & easy experience here. I was helped by Litza & she very accommodating in terms of helping me pick out a car that I actually liked that was within my budget & helped me to find the best pricing on car insurance. I also had very little time to spend there as I had to go to work & she still moved & handled everything in a timely manner.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the Best Car Buying Experience!
I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie from Auto Haus of Irvington, and I couldn’t be happier!
From start to finish, Litza, my sales associate, provided impeccable service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process stress-free. Then came Sherry, the finance manager—an absolute rock star. Where other dealers tried to toss out my Capital One loan (9.21% interest) and push me into a ridiculous 14.5% loan with a sketchy bank, Sherry actually worked with Capital One and got my rate down to 8.25%!
That’s the kind of dealership you want—one that truly has your best interests at heart, instead of their own pockets.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, customer-first dealership that will fight to get you the best deal, go to Auto Haus of Irvington and ask for Litza and Sherry. Tell them Calvin sent you—you won’t regret it.”
