“Great people got me financed friday but was told I couldn't get car friday because one of the reps was using at church.no big deal they said they would clean it deep clean it .I was very disappointed when I got there with my brother in law drove and hr away to see very poor deep clean they said they would do .made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer to actually clean sell me a clean vehicle. Besides that like I said great people very friendly but the standards of a clean vehicle is below par. Chris the sales rep was very chill and cool dude I dont think the dirty vehicle was his fault. Update i referred my brother to them to buy a Toyota camry and was told I would get a 100 doller referral bonus sent to me in the mail within 5 to 10 business days .never received it .I messaged the finance person who was supposed to check in on it for me and he doesn't respond back with an answer .it's been over a month now .this isn't professional or very courteous to someone who bought a vehicle and also referred a family member who also purchased a car.today is the 27th and still no check or reply back to me personally”
