“I contacted this dealership regarding a used truck that had sustained hail damage. Prior to visiting, I was explicitly told by the receptionist that pricing was negotiable, despite the fact that I live approximately 1.5 hours away.
Upon arrival, my trade-in was appraised at nearly $6,000 less than offers I had already received from other dealerships. I then spoke with a sales representative named Angel, who insisted that all other dealerships were manipulating their out-the-door pricing and engaging in misleading or bait-and-switch practices.
After waiting close to an hour, I was finally able to view and test drive the truck. When it came time to discuss pricing, I was informed that the dealership does not negotiate under any circumstances. When I expressed confusion as to why I was encouraged to make the trip, I was told that the receptionist had made a mistake and would be corrected going forward.
To confirm whether this was a negotiating tactic, I followed up the next day and spoke with Angel again. He reiterated that the price was firm, stating the truck was effectively an $85,000 vehicle. While that may be accurate if new, the vehicle is titled as used, has hail damage, and the Kelley Blue Book value is approximately $58,000.
Overall, this experience was a significant waste of time and involved misleading communication. I would recommend clarifying pricing and negotiation policies thoroughly before making the trip, or considering other dealerships altogether. I”

He was receptive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process even after the sale was completed. A true professional and a real gentleman.
He worked hard to get me out of my old truck, which still had a financing balance, and helped me secure a great deal on a brand-new truck. It was by far the easiest and smoothest vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had.

“I am writing to express my satisfaction with the recent purchase of a 2020 RAM ProMaster City for my HVAC business. While the process took longer than expected, I am very happy with the outcome.
Molly , my sales representative, was patient, thorough, and accommodating throughout the process. She facilitated two test drives and ensured a previously illuminated engine light was resolved by the service department. The finance team also provided a similarly positive experience.
Finally, the South Shore team followed through on their promise to order a replacement key fob for the missing one. I have an appointment next week to have it programmed and pick it up.”

“I worked with Tina, Angel, and the sales team at South Shore to acquire a RAM Promaster. I had a great experience and pretty much every question I had during the purchasing process was addressed with clarity.
I made sure to communicate thoroughly prior to my arrival in the week leading up to the purchase, and I was able to easily get in touch with their team members over the course of the many days leading up to the sale.
They worked with me to configure an out the door price that made sense with my budget and addressed all of my questions related to out of state purchases.
Overall, I had a really good experience. As with any major purchase, it’s always important to research your purchase and educate yourself on the vehicle you are interested in and they helped me do that.”

“5 gold stars for Molly! 🤩 we looked a few dealerships while looking to lease a new jeep wrangler and Molly was the first person to make us feel comfortable and at ease with such a big decision. I am sure everyone at south shore is great, but I feel lucky that we met with Molly. She was super patient with us as we sent her back and forth to the office to find prices for different scenarios and in the end she helped us find the perfect deal for us.
