“I had an amazing experience buying my Mazda here! Tom and Nebyu were fantastic, gave us a great deal and made the whole process smooth. The entire team, including the finance manager, was super helpful and welcoming. Hands down the best place to buy a Mazda! No other location gave us this level of hospitality. Highly recommend! ✨”

“Morrie’s Mazda is not your traditional car dealer. If you’re looking for a Mazda, I highly recommend going to Inver Grove and be sure to ask for Carter. He’s a sweet young man who sold us a car in less than two hours. Every employee that we encountered was professional, polite, and went out of their way to meet our needs.”

“Great experience working with Ruben! Quick and easy process to lease my Mazda! I didn't need to spend the entire day at the dealership. In an out with a new lease in less than 3 hours which I appreciate and now enjoying my new ride! Plates put on and they got me all set up with the app before I left!”

“Carter was very helpful & listened to our needs & wants for a second car purchase. We made an appointment to test drive a used car & it was ready & waiting for us when we arrived. Everyone we met at Morrie’s was kind, attentive & there was no “pressure” to buy. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted & priced within our budget. We like their pricing policy- very transparent & no games! Would highly recommend them & their customer focused non-commission sales. Happy with the process & the new-to-us car!”

“I would highly recommend thoroughly inspecting used vehicles from Morries before purchasing and being caution. Purchase a warranty to hold them responsible. I had purchased a used vehicle from Morries that had approx 60,000 miles (relatively low miles and had proper maintenance records like oil changes etc) for about 30k. Not naming vehicle but it’s one of those special type of vehicles that have different value/market than a basic vehicle. The vehicle appeared in great conditions from the outside and initially underneath for the most part. Had some rust underneath but mostly surface rust no deep rust. I did decline the additional warranty because the vehicle looked great, sounded great, still had that new car smell, clean and proper fluids, oil cap clean, valve train clean from what I could see (no gunk), no leakage, no transmission jerking, smoothing shifting, and pretty much mechanical and physically sound. A couple months go by and I was in the process of adding a lift to my “new to me vehicle” and I was under the vehicle when I noticed what appear to be a hole penetrating under the body. Fast forward, I followed the hole to the inside of the vehicle and ripped up the carpet. It was pretty clear as day that I had a hole in the floor board. Granted by this time I had only owed the new car for about 2 months and was meticulous about keeping it clean - even add all weather floors Matt’s and was garage kept by me. Also it had only started snowing about less than 1 month prior of seeing the hole. So very limited salt and wet exposure produce by me. I also ran through the carwash pretty frequently to clean the undercarriage. I called Morries and explained to some service manager or whoever I got transferred to. I was told and quote you “You only purchased a 30k vehicle and you didn’t get a warranty so there’s nothing we are going to do.” Basically I was told to kick rocks and that it wasn’t of their concern. They didn’t even attempt to try and make things right. I thought they would of had at least said “Bring it in so we can take a look, and see what we can do and go from there”. Whoever I talked with had a nonchalant type of attitude and I just hung up the phone because clearly I was getting nowhere with him. I did end up finding a body shop on my own paying an exorbitant amount of money to fix and have since sold the vehicle. They claimed the vehicle had “their thorough inspection at purchase” but it’s apparent it was not as thorough as they suggested. This was just a lesson learned to me to always purchase a warranty (even being mechanically inclined), and inspect beyond such as looking under the carpet. Also a lesson learned to not let the smiles fool you and to be weary of who you are dealing with. Picture below shows the rust I found which is pretty crazy considering the vehicle had low mileage and great maintenance records.”
