“Had a very disappointing experience at Mauer Chevrolet. We came in to see a vehicle, test drive it, and compare it to another vehicle we had driven earlier in the week. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to greet us, so we had to walk around and find an employee ourselves. It then took about 45 minutes for the vehicle to be brought out, which was frustrating and didn’t make much sense. Around the 20-minute mark, I was already getting impatient, but we remained patient and waited. By 45 minutes, we were close to leaving. When the vehicle was finally brought out, we test drove it with a salesman who provided little to no engagement. He sat in the back on his phone the entire time and was unable to answer much questions about the vehicle. After the test drive, we let him know that we didn’t like it as much as the other vehicle we had driven, and he simply said goodbye and walked away, leaving us outside. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Won’t be coming back to this dealership.”

“Joe Anthonson was a wonderful salesperson that took the necessary steps to get me in my new Equinox!. He found exactly what I wanted. The car was ready with my additional add-ons in an extremely quick timeframe. Great test-drive and assistance with setting up personalized settings. Mark in finance was great to work with as well. His attention to getting me set up with the loan that best suited my purchase. Will definitely go back! for service and additional purchases down the road.”

“Alec was GREAT to work with. When we initially called he immediately sent links to the trucks we spoke about. Was knowledgeable about the truck which showed when he walked us through it and went through all the interior gadgets. Tony and Nick (sorry if I got nicks name wrong!) but Tony was great help when spoke to him then Nick when he closed it out going over all the options for additional warranty etc. top notch up and down. Highly recommend based off the experience and to add to it we searched most local Chevy dealerships and mauer was the best priced.”
