“I had originally went in for a rear hatch to be fixed on my ‘22 Telluride. Well I happened to walk into the lobby and a simple hello with Karla Ledezma led to wonderful conversation where a trade I didn’t think was possible started. We agreed on an incredible deal and drove away with a ‘25 Telluride, same day with a full detail and full tank. While there, we also began the process on a trade deal for my wife. Karla was incredibly attentive, honest, and relatable. We Didn’t feel pressured or rushed and kept us comfortable. We are excited to do business with her within the next week.”

“I was in the area during winter and got a tire pressure warning because of the cold weather. I drove in without an appointment, and Beth took great care of me. Even though the place looked busy, the service was very fast and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everything was done in about 15 minutes. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.”

From start to finish, our experience with Ethan Frederick was absolutely exceptional. He is everything you could hope for in a sales consultant: friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping his customers find the right fit rather than just make a sale.
Ethan took the time to really listen to what we needed in a vehicle and what we wanted if it could fit within our budget. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he explained every detail clearly, from the features of each model to financing and trade-in options. His patience and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free.
When I first came in without my husband, Ethan respected that I was just exploring options and helped me narrow it down to two great choices. “Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Great service all the way through! I called in ahead of time about a used vehicle on the lot, and spoke to the owner , Mike, and he was super friendly. When I got there to look at the car, a friend told me me to ask for Allen, and that was a great choice. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and all around swell ! Absolutely ask for Allen and wait for him if you need to. He is worth it ! 10 /10 , absolutely will be back, and will recommend to my friends as well. From start to finish, it was as painless as possible. I could not ask for more .”
