We had a great experience at Napleton Hyundai. We loved working with Arbra Ross, who was so knowledgeable, kind, and made the shopping experience easy. We ended up with a car we will enjoy and at a price that fit our unrealistic payment expectations. Next time I’m in the market, I will definitely come to Napleton Hyundai of Carmel and would be happy to work with Arbra again!

I'd argue this was one of the best experiences I've ever had a dealership! Staff was kind and professional, especially Arbra who was the gentleman who helped us out with our deal, He made the experience very enjoyable, and we were able to seal the deal with a brand new 2026 Palisade!! Highly recommend, the team there feels like they truly care about your needs. Thanks again Arbra and team!

Once again, writing a poor review for this dealership's service department. Made an appoint for 9am today for routine maintenance and was told it would be between 2 and 2.5 hours, so I decided I would wait and just work from there. About 2.5 hours in, I receive my inspection video texted to me, but I could not understand the service tech in the video. I texted the number backing stating that and asking for clarification on what the tech was pointing out in the video. No response... Well, 4 hours passes, and I request Surround View photos from my car to see what was the status of things. What do you know? It is sitting in the parking lot... So, I had to go find my service manager who then proceeds to tell me he was sorry that he was catching up and that they recommended x, y, and z for my vehicle. I said okay, let's do it. He said okay, I will have them do that and come find you in 10-15 minutes when they finish. Another 30-40 minutes passes without an update. I get up and notice my car is sitting outside.. ready to go. So, I go find the service manager and I pay up and am on my way. 2 hours turned into 4-4.5 hours pretty quickly. This service department is consistently behind, poor at communicate, and overall frustrating to deal with in my almost 3 years of experience with them. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and, last time I complained here, was called by their service manager and informed big changes were coming, this is going to be resolved, I am sorry. blah, blah, blah. Once this lease is up next year, I am done with Napleton.

Extremely happy with my big purchase! Arbra and Jordan truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and confident in my decision. I shopped around at many places, and most of them felt focused on just making a sale but not here. They genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Chris Cunningham in the Service Department-THE BEST! He has made my experience there so much better with his genuine care for people. He’s an absolute delight to talk to and work with. He’s makes sure you are taken care of from the beginning through the end of your service, and follows up afterwards. He’s so pleasant, professional and polite! He made me feel seen and heard, and I noticed he did the same with every customer he works with, every time. A true gem at Napleton and the reason I will return!
