“I have had the absolute worst experience of my entire life with a car purchase from this dealership. The salesman that sold me the car magically no longer worked there 3 days after my purchase and I have had nothing but problems with a 2026 vehicle that I purchased here. I’ve had the vehicle in the shop twice in the past week for the same problem that they magically can’t figure out what the problem is, and according to them “ it must be a coding problem,” which supposedly they had to reprogram and told me my car would be fine but here I am again with the same exact problem. I have an engine light on, I have an emergency brake lock light on and a ABS malfunctioning light on. And the sales manager has yet to respond to my message, which I was told to text him since my sales guy is no longer employed there. They’re beyond nice to you and act like they’re all about you and getting you into a vehicle that you can trust and depend on until they sell you the vehicle and the paperwork is signed. Then they act like they don’t know who the hell you are or where you came from! I have had this vehicle approximately two months and it’s been in the shop twice already!! And they could care less that I have to take off work to take it up there and sit in their waiting room for hours upon hours or that I have to find someone to pick up my children because I’m sitting in their waiting room hours upon hours waiting for them to figure out what’s wrong with a brand new 2026 vehicle!! I am beyond frustrated and furious with this Dealership and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!”

“Me & my Husband have bought & leased may vehicles from Hubler Chevrolet, First our experience & service was great & loved going to Hubler , but as of the last week, it has been a nightmare . Starting on Monday 10/20 /25 We have tried & tried to get an appointment for my truck 2024 Chevy Colorado , called every day , no one answered in the service department , Even tired to get with the GM about this , to be told they are not in , We can leave a message & they might call us back . So after making a few other phone calls , & saying we will be taking our business & all service needs else where moving forward , One of the service advisors finally called my husband on Friday 10/24/25 to say bring the truck in on Monday morning 10/27/25 so got the truck dropped off for a Diag for the engine light coming on & going off ,for them to tell us ,oh it will be a few days till they can get it in for the Diag , then a few more days or longer till any work may / or would be completed because we did not have an appointment , but yet we have been trying to make an appointment for over a week . I am really not happy & nervous about leaving my truck but it needs to be fixed . We will be looking for a New DEALERSHIP !!!!!!! So, I love the Caring reply at the bottom , with no name or contact information. What a great way to respond to a customer who has spent a lot of money in the Dealership in the past 5 years , but that's what happens when the Management changes, no one cares !!!”

“I had a great experience buying my new (used) vehicle. Myasha was fantastic - she kept in touch with me throughout the process, answered all of my questions quickly, and made everything smooth and stress free. She even had a big red bow put on the top of the vehicle when I came to pick it up. I really appreciated her perfessionalism and communication. Highly recommend!”

“I came to Hubler Chevrolet not really expecting to be able to get a car on my own because of my limited credit history and not having much for a down payment. James Ratlif went above and beyond to make it happen. He worked with me and got me into a beautiful 2022 Nissan Altima with both a down payment and monthly payment I could actually afford. On top of that, they even helped me secure auto insurance that was cheaper than anything I could find on my own. James was professional, patient, and truly cared about making sure I drove away happy. I highly recommend James and the whole team at Hubler Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car.”

“I had Matt as my salesman, even though my situation was different and difficult, myself nor the staff at Hubler did not stop or did we give up going through hoops. I had a very good ending and outcome, was very happy and love my car!! I also possibly have my parents to come in and get a vehicle and work with Matt.”
