“Carmaxbid definitely is NOT the CarMax of Previous Carmax of times of the past I looked for a used vechicle and CarMax had several earlier dodge durangos all were earlier models. I went to Towne Mitsubishi and found a 2024 dodge durango with 6 cylinder all wheel drive with Leather Interior with sunroof. Once CarMax was a great used dealership, the price of used vechicles are non negotiable, and their offering to buy your vechicle even if you dont buy ours was insulting. My 2013 dodge grand caravan exp was 700.00 offer. I had a 1200.00 for the vechicle. I said thank you and drove the 20 minutes to northe town Mitsubishi to buy the late model (2024) with 24,000 miles see attached photos. Salesman was Tye I can recommend Northtowne Mitsubishi! CarMax definitely NOT.”

“I've been to the Independence and the Merriam locations. Both are amazing, Merriam has a bigger selection but busier. Both locations have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I found a sedan, but after driving it for a couple days I knew I wanted, and needed, an SUV so I took advantage of the 10 day return policy and will be getting the SUV tonight. “The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable.
