“Michael Daniels finance manager helped me to understand the process that I had to go through. Having a bankruptcy is not easy, but Michael made it easy. He hung in there with me all the way to the end and I when I got to the dealership and met him. I had to hug his neck. It was a pleasure to meet him and the staff. I would highly recommend them. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half each one of the staff members was friendly, courteous, smiling, and helpful so your next car that you want to buy go see Freeman Toyota in Hurst, Texas. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Today I dealt with Mallory in the service department of Freeman Toyota. I was there from about 11:45 to 1:45. I had been told that handling the recall work on my 2025 Toyota Rav 4 limited would take about 4 hours, but Mallory and the service department staff had the work completed in under 2 hours. I finished the paperwork and was on my way in that short time. I am always impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Freeman Toyota. This is my 3rd or 4th car from them. They always treat me very well. I don’t think I have ever needed to go back because something didn’t get done correctly. They are an excellent dealership.”

“Liars.
The service dept mechanics and managers are dishonest and will stop at no lengths to get out of repairing cars - (BRAND NEW, 1 month old) under the Toyota warranty. I noticed shortly after purchasing my car that my steering wheel was off centered and so I made an appt for 3 weeks later when my husband returned from work, to have it looked at. I’ve had no accidents, no curb scraping, no potholes, no nothing happen to my car since I’ve had it. My car is in pristine cosmetic condition inside and out.
( I did buy it w a little less than 100 miles on it). THESE BUFFOONS, tell me my sub frame is off centered and the alignment is messed up bc of a “ Big impact” - implied I had done something to cause it which knew hadn’t occurred.
They refused to fix it under the warranty and when I went to pick it up; they now added that they saw “ impact damage to the tire”. I asked them to show me. The manager went to the first front passenger, could see nothing, then claimed it was actually the front drivers tire, then when he could see nothing, he then said “ oh the damage is on the inside of the front drivers tire AND the INSIDE of the rear passenger tire. He turned my wheels in an effort to find “ mysterious impact damage” ( could find none). Seeing that I would not give up ( Bc I knew there was NO DAMAGE), he offered to have the car lifted and have the mechanic show me supposed damage.
NO SURPRISE THERE WAS NONE - he pointed to DIRT ON THE INSIDE OF THE WHEEL AS “ damage” - my husband and I wiped it off In front of them. They never pointed out any damage anywhere on my car to justify that this was “ impact”caused.
Nevermind, he wrote impact damage to tire, not wheeel.
These guys got caught with their pants down and exposed for the liars they are. They deserve no one’s business and deserved to be shamed for the ridiculous lies and refusal to fix a sub frame issue that clearly was present before I took possession.
They should be embarrassed for this practice that occurs at this location. Thankfully, the family Toyota in Burleson is going to be repairing it at no cost to me which shows they have integrity and decency. Sadly can’t say the same for Freeman Toyota

“So after dealing with a week of looking for a new car and dreading the whole process I went to Freeman Toyota. They were absolutely great with no sales pressure and all of their staff were incredibly transparent on everything. I am so happy with my new Corolla LE and more so my sales associate Drayton and finance guy Effrim were amazing. I look forward to doing business with them in the continued future.”
