“Earl Gordan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and competence throughout my experience. He was always courteous and informative, making a significant positive impression. Earl truly stands out as an all-around great person.
Despite the excellent service from Earl, my experience with GMC vehicles has been overwhelmingly negative. After investing over $90,000 in a GMC, I encountered major issues with the vehicle. Notably, the transmission needed replacement at 85,000 miles despite having no towing miles. Additionally, by 128,000 miles, multiple hoses and seals were leaking. These repairs forced me to spend more than $11,000 in a single month, which was both frustrating and disappointing.
Given my experience with GMC, I have decided to rely on my five Ford vehicles. Two of these Fords are used for towing, with one reaching 189,000 miles and the other 265,000 miles. Remarkably, neither vehicle has experienced leaks or transmission problems. This level of reliability reinforces my decision to continue using Ford vehicles.
It is disheartening to invest a substantial amount in a GMC vehicle only to face significant mechanical issues. Based on my experiences, I do not intend to purchase another GMC in the future, and I will remain committed to my dependable Ford vehicles.”

“I absolutely LOVE my new GMC Terrain!! I had the pleasure of working with Reggie and Steve the other day. They both made my car buying process so easy! I usually steer clear of dealerships because of pushy salesmen, but Reggie was just naturally laid back and very likeable! He had the car I was interested in, ready and gassed up when I got there, and just took care of me from start to finish. Steve made the signing process super easy and explained everything to me, while keeping up a natural rapport. The dealership was laid out beautifully too! I highly recommend Randy Marion!!”
