“I recently went to this dealership for a warranty-covered service because my back-up camera stopped working and started showing strange symbols. When I arrived, I showed them a photo of the issue, and they told me they could fix it. After waiting 2½ hours, someone finally came back to tell me they didn’t have the part and I would need to wait for it to come in. I ended up wasting my entire morning sitting there under the impression that my car was being repaired, only to find out they never had the necessary part to begin with. It was incredibly frustrating and a disappointing experience. Better communication and honesty upfront would have saved a lot of time and frustration.”

“I brought my new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse in for routine service, specifically the first oil change and tire rotation. After I got back into my car and started it, multiple All-Wheel Drive (AWD) warning lights immediately appeared that were not there prior to dropping the vehicle off. While I understand the warning lights might not be directly connected to the oil change, I was really put off by the team's refusal to even investigate if the issue was serious and whether the car was safe to drive. Neither the technician nor the customer service representative offered any immediate solutions. Their only suggestion was for me to bring the car back in five days for the next available diagnostic appointment. I was told I “shouldn't drive far" just in case the issue ended up being major, because they didn't have time to look into it right then. After receiving no help, I called DeNooyer Chevrolet of Holland from the Todd Wenzel Chevrolet of Hudsonville parking lot. It was 3:00 PM the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, yet they were more than willing to confirm whether the issue was major or not, and they even offered a loaner if my car proved unsafe. I drove the 15 minutes to their service department, where they diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and confirmed the vehicle is safe to drive until the replacement part arrives. How can Todd Wenzel Chevrolet of Hudsonville send a customer out the door with more issues than they arrived with, and be satisfied with that level of service? I will not be returning.”

“I honestly didn’t think we would be able to put this deal together. Initially the quote Suzanne was no where near my budget. However, the next day Suzanne called me and was able to get me the deal I was looking for and with a nicer spec than anticipated to boot. Suzanne was very charismatic, efficient, and provided an excellent experience. She went above and beyond making sure my new car was perfect for me and getting me a good trade in price for my previous vehicle. My only feedback is there was a fair amount of back and fourth after the deal was done to get confirmation codes from me which was a bit tricky to find after the fact, maybe would’ve been smoother to go step by step and get each confirmation code as needed when filling out paperwork. Overall though a great experience and would highly recommend Suzanne!”
