“I was extremely pleased with my service at Kia of Dayton. We just purchased a used Kia ev9 and had a couple aesthetic things that we wanted to get taken care of as long as pricing was in line. So we ordered an interior trim cover that was missing, a paint pen and a trim piece for our mirror (which was significantly cracked on the vehicle when we purchased it). The parts department was extremely helpful and efficient to get these parts for us! The trim piece for the mirror came as an unpainted piece. So once received I walked it to the body shop and they were extremely helpful. He said that he was running that color the following week and they ended up painting it for free. Then they went ahead and installed the piece, per my request. They had it done in a matter of 30min and the price was extremely fair! The team at the body shop was extremely friendly and they took time to talk to and even entertain my 2 year old boy! He did not want to leave when the car was finished because they were so friendly to him! Thank you Kia for being honest, fair and respectful! I would suggest them to anyone”
